Կաշառքի դիմաց՝ վարորդական վկայական․ 28 անձի մասով մեղադրական դատավճիռ է հրապարակվել

Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը 28 անձի վերաբերյալ 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 19-ին կայացրել է մեղադրական դատավճիռ կաշառքի դիմաց վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականներն ապօրինի ձեռք բերելու համար: Նրանք մեղավոր են ճանաչվել վերոնշյալ հանցանքի կատարման մեջ՝ դատապարտվելով տարբեր չափերի տուգանքների:
Ինչպես հայտնում են Գլխավոր դատախազությունից, կառույցը «Վարչարարության հիմունքների և վարչական վարույթի մասին» օրենքով նախատեսված կարգով դիմելու է Ոստիկանություն՝ քաղաքացիների կողմից ապօրինի ձեռք բերված վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականներն անվավեր ճանաչելու միջնորդությամբ:
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված և Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական գործով քաղաքացիներին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նրանք օժանդակողի միջոցով Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության Երևանի հաշվառման-քննական բաժնի վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականների հատկացման բաժանմունքի տեսուչին տարբեր չափերի կաշառք են տվել (մոտ 3 մլն տասը հազար դրամ)՝ ապօրինի ձեռք բերելով վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականներ(նախկին Քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, 312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով):
2022 թվականի հունիսի 23-ին քրեական գործով կազմված մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հսկող դատախազի որոշմամբ հաստատվել և ուղարկվել էր դատարան:
