Կապանի ժողովրդին խորհուրդ կտամ չանհանգստանալ, մենք այստեղ ենք հայ ժողովրդի համար։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին տված հարցազրույցում նշեց Իրանի գլխավոր հյուպատոս Մորթեզա Աբեդին Վարամինը:

Ստորեւ ներկայացնում ենք հարցազրույցը.

Արդյոք Կապանում Իրանի հյուպատոսությունն այսօր կամ վաղը սկսելու է աշխատանքները։ Բոլոր աշխատանքներն ավարտվա՞ծ են։

Պարոն Միրզոյանի հրավերով մեր Արտաքին գործերի նախարարի այցը Հայաստան լավ հնարավորություն էր բացել վերջինիս ներկայությամբ գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը։ Այսպիսով երկուշաբթի օրվանից գլխավոր հյուպատոսարանը սկսելու է աշխատանքները։ Բայց գործնականորեն այն աշխատանքները կսկսի մյուս շաբաթվանից։

Ինչպե՞ս է հյուպատոսությունը պատրաստվում նպաստել Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջև հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանը։

Դեռ շաբաթներ առաջ մենք ակտիվ աշխատանքներ ենք տարել երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացման հարցում՝ նախապատրաստվելով այստեղ գլխավոր հյուպատոսության բացմանը։ Լիահույս եմ, որ հյուպատոսությունը մոտ ապագայում կօգնի զարգացնել մեր պատմական հարաբերությունները տարբեր ոլորտներում՝ քաղաքական, մշակութային, առևտրային, տնտեսական և այլն։

Արդեն կա՞ն մշակված պլաններ կապված  Սյունիքի հետ։

Ինձ մի փոքր ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ այստեղ մարդկանց, Սյունիքի մարզի պաշտոնյաների հետ ծանոթանալու համար, և դրանից հետո մենք կորոշենք, թե որ ոլորտներում կարող ենք ավելի լավ համագործակցել։

Բայց ակնհայտորեն Կապանում հյուպատոսության բացումը նաև քաղաքական մեսիջ ունի։ Մենք ադրբեջանական զորքերից ընդամենը 2կմ հեռավորության վրա ենք գտնվում։ Սա հաշվի առնելով՝ կցանկանայի լսել ձեր մեկնաբանությունը, թե ինչու է հյուպատոսությունը Սյունիքում բացվում հենց այժմ։

Մենք Հայաստանում խաղաղության սուրհանդակներ ենք և ցանկանում ենք Հայաստանը տեսնել որպես կայուն երկիր։ Այսպիսով, ինչպես նշել են Իրանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները, մենք չենք կարող ընդունել տարածաշրջանում սահմանների որևէ փոփոխություն։

Արդյոք քաղաքական իրավիճակն էր առաջին պատճառը Սյունիքում հյուպատոսության բացման համար։

Կարծում եմ՝ Կապանում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության գլխավոր հյուպատոսության բացումը ցույց է տալիս երկու երկրների ղեկավարների ամուր վճռականությունը։ Այս որոշումը տարիների պատմություն ունի և մենք այժմ ականատես ենք լինում հյուպատոսության բացմանը։

Կցանկանամ լսել Ձեր մեկնաբանությունը՝ որպես անհատ, Սյունիքի բնակչության մասին, սա Ձեր առաջի՞ն այցն է այստեղ։

Ես հայերին պատկերացնում եմ այնպիսին, ինչպիսին Իրանի հայ քաղաքացիներն են։ Նրանք շատ քաղաքակիրթ և բարեհամբույր մարդիկ են։ Այդպիսին են նաև ձեր երկրի և Կապանի մարդիկ։

Անգամ այն դեպքում, երբ սահմանային լարվածությունն այստեղ չափազանց բարձր է, և մարդիկ շատ նյարդային են և ապրում են մշտական վախի մթնոլորտո՞ւմ։
