Քաղաքական գործիչ ՍԴ աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Էդգար Ղազարյանն օրեր առաջ հարձակման ու ծեծի էր ենթարկվել: «1or»-ը կապ հաստատեց վերջինիս հետ` նրա առողջական վիճակի, ինչպես նաև քրեական վարույթի ընթացքի մասին մանրամասներ ճշտելու մասին:
Ղազարյանն այժմ կազդուրվում է: «Այսօր էլ եմ այցելել բժշկի` վերքը մշակելու և վիրակապը փոխելու նպատակով: Գտնվում եմ բժիշկների հսկողության ներքո, բայց ինքնազգացողությունս օր օրի ավելի լավանում է»,- «1or»-ի հետ զրույցում ասում է նա:
ՔԿ-ում Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ բռնության դեպիք առթիվ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել: Նշում է` իրավապահ մարմինները շատ տարօրինակ լռություն են ցուցաբերում: «Ոչ մի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններ, ըստ էության, իրավապահ մարմինները չեն տվել: Սա տարօրինակ է: Ո՛չ ոստիկանության, ո՛չ ՔԿ-ի, ո՛չ դատախազության, ո՛չ ՄԻՊ-ի մամուլի հաղորդագրությունների մեջ այդ դեպքին որևէ անդրադարձ չկա: Միայն լրագրողական հարցումների պատասխանով է ՔԿ մամուլի խոսնակն ասել, որ թեթև մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու հատկանիշներով վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել: Տարօրինակ է, որ վարույթը նախաձեռնվել է թեթև մարմնական վնասվածքներով, բայց այն Շենգավիթի ՔԿ-ից տեղափոխել են Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժին: Եթե գնահատում են թեթև մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու միջադեպ, ապա հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչո՞ւ են որոշում կայացրել դրա վարույթն իրականացնել ավելի բարձր քննչական մարմնում, ընդ որում` ծանր հանցագործությունների բաժնում: Բացի դա, թեթև մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու մասին եզրահանգմանը եկել են առանց դատաբժշկական եզրակացության: Քննիչի ներկայությամբ գտնվել եմ հիվանդանոցում, իմ գլխի վրա կարեր են դրել, բժշկական հետազոտություն եմ անցել և այլն, այդ ամենը եղել է իրենց աչքի առաջ և չունենալով դատաբժշկական եզրակացություն, որակումը տվել են թեթև մարմնական վնասվածք»,-նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը` հավելելով, որ հանցագործներին բացահայտելու վերաբերյալ որևէ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն չկա, այսինքն` այս գործով որևէ մեկը ձերբակալված կամ կալանավորված չէ:
