ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը հոկտեմբերի 22-ին ընդունել Է ԻԻՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Հոսեյն Ամիր Աբդոլլահիանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, ողջունելով հյուրերին, նշել է, որ ջերմությամբ է հիշում Թեհրանում հունիսին տեղի ունեցած արդյունավետ հանդիպումը:

Նա ընդգծել է բարեկամ Իրանի հետ հարեւանային հարաբերությունների կարեւորությունը՝ շեշտելով, որ դրանց զարգացմանն ուղղված ջանքերը տալիս են իրենց պտուղները:  «Սյունիքի մարզկենտրոն Կապանում Ձեր գլխավոր հյուպատոսության բացումը փաստ է, շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս այդ կարեւոր իրադարձության կապակցությամբ»,- նշել է Ալեն Սիմոնյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանը ձգտելու է մոտ ապագայում մեր երկրի հյուպատոսություն բացել Թավրիզում:

ԻԻՀ արտգործնախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել շնորհավորանքի համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ Կապանում գլխավոր հյուպատոսության հիմնումը կարեւոր ուղերձ է պարունակում, ըստ որի՝ Իրանը դեմ է բարեկամ Հայաստանի հետ սահմանի կամ տարանցիկ ուղու հանդեպ խոչընդոտներին եւ կողմնակից է տարածաշրջանի զարգացմանը: Նա հավելել է նաեւ, որ հետաքրքրված են Թավրիզում Հայաստանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսության բացմամբ:

Երկուստեք արձանագրվել է, որ ԻԻՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունն իր գործունեությամբ կնպաստի Սյունիքի մարզում առեւտրատնտեսական, տրանսպորտային, էներգետիկ եւ մի շարք այլ բնագավառներում առկա ներուժի առավել արդյունավետ իրացմանը: Կողմերն անդրադարձել են տարածաշրջանի անվտանգային եւ տեւական խաղաղությանն առնչվող հարցերի:

Քննարկման առանցքային հարցերից է եղել հայ-իրանական ռազմավարական երկխոսությունը բոլոր ուղղություններով, ինչպես  նաեւ երկրների միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը 1 միլիարդ դոլարի հասցնելու հեռանկարը: Իրանի արտգործնախարարը նշել է, որ մեկ միլիարդ դոլարի կարելի է հասնել առաջին փուլով, իսկ երկրորդ՝ առավել հեռանկարային փուլում, իրատեսական է համարել 3 մլրդ դոլարի ապրանքաշրջանառության հասնելը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը ողջույններ է փոխանցել Իրանի Մեջլիսի նախագահ Մոհամմադ Բաղեր Ղալիբաֆին՝ նշելով, որ գործընկերոջը սպասում է Հայաստանում:
