Հասարական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը գրում է.
«Երեկ մեր «ԱրԱր» հիմնադրամի պատվիրակությունը գտնվում էր հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի առավել վտանգավոր հատվածներից մեկում, որտեղ ավելի քան երկու տարվա ծանր աշխատանքից հետո, մենք ավարտին հասցրեցինք և գործարկեցինք մեր կարևորագույն ինժեներական ծրագրերից մեկը:
Այս հատվածում մեր դիրքերը գտնվում են զառիթափ բարձունքների վրա: 2018 թ. մայիսին թշնամու առաջխաղացումից հետո այս դիրքերը տանող ավտոճանապարհը հայտնվել է ուղիղ կրակի տակ, դիրքի անվտանգ մատակարարումը հնարավոր էր դարձել միայն նեղ լեռնային կածանով: Մեր հիմնադրամի թիմը, խորհրդակցելով տեղի զինվորական ղեկավարության հետ, որոշեց համատեղ ուժերով կառուցել բեռնատար ճոպանուղի՝ դիրքի անարգել մատակարարման համար:
Այս աշխատանքները տևել են ավելի քան երկու տարի, և ընթացել գերբարդ պայմաններում՝ թշնամական պարբերական կրակը, դժվարին լանդշաֆտը, ինժեներական լուծումների փոփոխման և ամբողջ աշխատանքը նորովի կատարելու անհրաժեշտությունը համարյա անհնարին էին դարձրել աշխատանքների կատարումը, բայց տեղի զորամասի զինվորների, մոտակա համայնքի կամավորների, և մեր հիմնադրամի ինժեներական թիմի անձնուրաց աշխատանքի շնորհիվ մենք կարողացանք ավարտին հասցնել այս աննախադեպ ծրագիրը:
Այսօր ճոպանուղին աշխատում է, մեծապես դյուրացնելով մեր դիրքերի մատակարարումը և մեր զինվորների ծառայությունը, իսկ մենք արդեն մտածում ենք մեր այլ նմանատիպ դիրքերի համար համանման ինժեներական լուծումերի մասին, այսպիսի կարիքները համարյա ամենուր են բարձրալեռնային առաջնագծի պայմաններում: Խորին երախտիքս հայտնելով այս ծրագրին իրենց ներդրումը ունեցած բոլոր անհատներին և կազմակերպություններին, ես անփորձանք ծառայություն եմ ցանկանում մեր քաջարի զինվորներին, և հաղթական կամք՝ մեր հերոսական բանակին: Աստված պահապան և զորավիք հայրենիքը պաշտպանող բոլոր հայորդիներին:
