Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին Թյուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպության կրոնական առաջնորդների երրորդ հանդիպմանը Բաքվում, որը շարունակվեց գրավված Շուշիում, Կովկասի մահմեդականների վարչության նախագահ Շեյխ-ուլ-իսլամ Ալլահշուքյուր Փաշազադեի կողմից հերթական անգամ հնչեցվել են հերյուրական ու նենգափոխիչ հայտարություններ և դատողություններ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խնդրի, էթնիկ զտումների, թյուրք-իսլամական մշակութային-հոգևոր ժառանգության ոչնչացման, սրբավայրերի յուրացման, ադրբեջանական խաղաղասիրության և հայկական ռևանշիզմի վերաբերյալ, որոնց առնչությամբ հայկական կողմի պետական և հոգևոր պատկան կառույցների կողմից բազմիցս տրվել և այսօր էլ շարունակաբար տրվում են պատասխաններ և լուսաբանություններ։ Ադրբեջանի հոգևոր առաջնորդը չի խորշել անգամ Հայոց Եկեղեցուն մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրել և կեղծ վերագրումների համատեքստում կոչ հղել Սուրբ Էջմիածնին և ցուցումներ՝ մեր «ժողովրդին ոչ թե նոր արհավիրքներ, այլ փրկություն» բերող քայլերի առաջնորդելու։
Տարօրինակ է, որ 2020 թվականին Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի սանձնազերծած պատերազմից և իրագործած անմարդկային դաժանություններից հետո Շեյխ-ուլ-իսլամ Ալլահշուքյուր Փաշազադեի հրահրիչ խոսույթը բնավ չի փոխվել։ Ժողովուրդների խաղաղ գոյակցությունը իբրև թե կարևորող Կովկասի մահմեդականների վարչության նախագահը, հակառակ հոգևոր առաջնորդների եռակողմ հանդիպումներում որդեգրված ուղերձների ոգուն, նույն ժամանակ լուռ է Ադրբեջանի շարունակվող ագրեսիայի, ռազմատենչության և հայատյացության, ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժումների, սահմաններին ամենօրյա սադրանքների, խաղաղ բնակավայրերը գնդակոծելու, հայ ռազմագերիներին անօրինաբար պահելու և խոշտանգելու, դաժանորեն կյանքից զրկելու, զոհվածների մարմինները խեղելու և պղծելու, Արցախի մեր ժողովրդի ազատ ու անկախ կյանքի իրավունքը ոտնահարելու, հայկական պատմամշակութային և հոգևոր ժառանգությունը ոչնչացնելու և յուրացնելու փաստերի առնչությամբ, որոնք հստակ և հիմնավոր փաստագրված են նաև միջազգային հանրության և կառույցների կողմից։
Թվարկված հարցերը կարոտ են շուտափույթ լուծումների, իսկ հումանիտար խնդիրները առավել ևս կարիքն ունեն Ադրբեջանի հոգևոր առաջնորդի ուշադրության և միջնորդական ջանքերի։ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի կոչն է Կովկասի մահմեդականների վարչության նախագահ Շեյխ-ուլ-իսլամ Ալլահշուքյուր Փաշազադեին՝ հավատարիմ հոգևոր իր կոչմանն ու առաքելությանը, տեսանելի քայլեր գործադրել այս ուղղությամբ՝ թոթափելու վշտացյալ հոգիներից ցավն ու տրտմությունը։
