Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ
ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատն այսօր հյուրընկալել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Իրկուտսկի մարզի Փաստաբանների պալատի պատվիրակությանը: Ռուսաստանից ժամանած փաստաբանների պատվիրակությունը գլխավորում էր Իրկուտսկի Փաստաբանների միության նախագահ Օլեգ Սմիրնովը:
Ռուս գործընկերներին ՀՀ Փաստաբանների պալատում ողջունել են նախագահ Սիմոն Բաբայանը և նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Ասատրյանը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Սիմոն Բաբայանը նշել է, որ բարձր է գնահատում ՌԴ փաստաբանների ֆեդերալ պալատի հետ ունեցած գործընկերային հարաբերությունները:
Կողմերը քննարկել են փաստաբանական ոլորտի մի շարք առանցքային հարցեր:
Պատասխանելով գործընկերներին հուզող հարցերին՝ ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Սիմոն Բաբայանը ներկայացրել է նաև ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի կառուցվածքը, կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների՝ մասնավորապես Հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակի, Արագ արձագանքման հանձնախմբի գործունեության առանձնահատկությունները, Փաստաբանական դպրոց ընդունվելու, ավարտելու և փաստաբանական գործունեության արտոնագիր ստանալու կարգը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին Իրկուտսկի Փաստաբանների միության նախագահ Օլեգ Սմիրնովը շնորհակալությունն է հայտնել ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Սիմոն Բաբայանին՝ ջերմ ընդունելության և բովանդակային քննարկման համար:
Այնուհետև հյուրերն այցելել են ՀՀ փաստաբանական դպրոց, որտեղ նրանց հյուրընկալել է դպրոցի տնօրեն Արա Զոհրաբյանը: Զրույցի ընթացքում նա ներկայացրել է փաստաբանական դպրոցի առաքելությունը և ուսուցման կազմակերպման գործընթացը:
Արա Զոհրաբյանը մանրամասն ներկայացրել է Փաստաբանական դպրոցի ուսումնական գործընթացում ներառված պարտադիր և լրացուցիչ դասընթացների թեմաները և պարզաբանել դրանց ազդեցությունն ու կարևորությունը:
Հրաժեշտ տալով Փաստաբանական դպրոցի տնօրենին՝ ռուս գործընկերները շեշտել են, որ տպավորված են հաճելի հանդիպումից:
Իրկուտսկի Փաստաբանների միության պատվիրակության հետ հանդիպումն ամփոփվել է ՀՀ Փաստաբանների պալատի վարչական շենքում և Հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակում կատարված շրջայցով:
