Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Արցախ

Հայաստանում և Արցախում Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության ամենամյա միջոցառումների շրջանակներում կազմակերպության պատվիրակությունը հոկտեմբերի 24-ին այցելել է Արցախ:

Այս տարի Արցախի Մարտունու շրջանի Ճարտար գյուղում բացվեց 2000 քմ տարածքով նոր սպորտային համալիր: Մարզահամալիրը կառուցվել է Հայկական գյուղերի զարգացման հիմնադրամի հիմնադիր, ՌՀՄ Կրասնոդարի մարզի տարածքային ստորաբաժանման հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Վլադիմիր Ավագյանի միջոցներով: Համալիրի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը ներկա էր Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը,  ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանը,  ԱՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորներ, նախարարներ, համայնքների ղեկավարներ հյուրեր՝ Հայաստանից և Ռուսաստանից: Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության պատվիրակության կազմում էին կազմակերպության վարչության անդամ Արամ Աբրահամյանը, ՌՀՄ Ուլյանովսկի, Կեմերովոյի, Կրասնոդարի տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներն ու համայնքների ներկայացուցիչները: ՌՀՄ կրոսնոդարի տարածքային ստորաբաժանումը ներկայումս Արցախում մի շարք բարեգործական ծրագրեր է իրականացնում բնակչության սոցիալական աջակցության նպատակով, ինչպես նաև բազմաթիվ կրթական հաստատությունների բարեկարգում, կահավորում և այլն:

Իր գոյության 10 տարիների ընթացքում Վլադիմիր Ավագյանի հիմնած   Հայկական գյուղերի զարգացման հիմնադրամն Արցախում իրականացրել է  մոտ 15 մլն դոլարի բարեգործական ծրագիր: Դրանցից են՝ ժամանակակից բժշկական կենտրոնը, Ֆուտբոլի մարզադաշտը, որտեղ անցկացվեցին  CONIFA 2019-ի մրցաշարի խաղերը, Արցախի գյուղերի և քաղաքների ներքին ճանապարհների բարեկարգումը և այլն:
