Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Կանադայում խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությամբ հանդիպեցինք արտաքին գործերի նախարարի խորհրդարանական քարտուղար, պատգամավոր Ռոբերտ Օլիֆնթի հետ։ Նա չափազանց տեղեկացված էր Հայաստանին պատուհասած վտանգների և ժողովրդավարության սպառնալիքների մասին:Այս մասին հայտնել է ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանը։

«Հարաբերությունները բարեկամության նոր փուլ են մտնում, քանի որ Հայաստանում շուտով կբացվի Կանադայի դեսպանատուն: Հույս ունեմ՝ նախապատրաստական գործընթացը արագ կավարտվի: Իսկ մինչ այդ՝ մեր հանդիպման ժամանակ, թարմ տեղեկություններ տվեցի մեր գործընկեր Ռոբերտ Օլիֆնթին բոլոր այն վտանգների մասին, որոնց Հայաստանի ու Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությունը բախվում է յուրաքանչյուր օր։

Ադրբեջանը շարունակաբար ձեռնարկում է նոր ռազմական ագրեսիաներ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի,

Ադրբեջանը բռնազավթում է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի մաս կազմող նորանոր շրջաններ,

Ադրբեջանը ոտնահարում է միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի անկյունաքարային դրույթները, թույլ չի տալիս իր իսկ ռազմական ագրեսիայի զոհ դարձած հայ զինծառայողների մարմինները, շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող զինծառայողներին դուրս բերել իր կողմից օկուպացված շրջաններից,

Ադրբեջանը խոշտանգում է նույնիսկ կանանց, տարեցներին։

Ադրբեջանի այս հանցավոր վարքագիծը պետք է արժանանա լուրջ գնահատականի. միջազգային հանրության հասցեական, բայց դատարկ դատապարտումներն արդեն անօգուտ են:

Ագրեսոր Ադրբեջանը պիտի պատժվի միջազգային իրավասու օղակների կողմից, և այս ուղղությամբ բոլոր միջազգային գործընկերներիս կողմից կոնկրետ քայլերի իրականացումը դարձել է հրամայական՝ ի պաշտպանություն խաղաղ հայ բնակչության կյանքի և մյուս հիմնարար իրավունքների։

Անդրադառնալով արդի տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներին՝ խորհրդարանական քարտուղարի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ընդգծեցի Արցախի անկախության ճանաչմանը օժանդակելու անհրաժեշտությունը, միաժամանակ ահազանգեցի, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից շրջափակված Արցախին միայնակ թողնելը բերելու է Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայրենի Արցախում բնակվող հայության նոր ցեղասպանության։

Կրկին շնորհակալություն հայտնեցի Կանադային՝

Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունը պաշտոնապես ճանաչելու,

Արցախի անկախությունը ճանաչելու հարցը խորհրդարանական մակարդակով քաղաքական դիսկուրս մտցնելու,

2020 թ. պատերազմի ժամանակ դեպի Թուրքիա ռազմական արտադրանքի արտահանման թույլտվությունների կասեցման, Թուրքիային ավիաշարժիչների մատակարարումը դադարեցնելու համար։

Անդրադարձանք նաև Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության ներկա վիճակին, սպառնալիքներին, խորհրդարանի դերի ամրապնդմանը վերաբերող հարցերին»,- գրել է նա:
