«Առավոտվանից իշխանական քարոզչական սարդոստայնը տարածում է մի տեղեկատվություն, թե իբր Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ԱՄՆ-ում բնակարան է գնել:
Ինչպես և սպասվում էր, առանց մյուս կողմին լսելու իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան այս ինֆորմացիոն առիթն օգտագործում է Սերժ Սարգսյանին թիրախավորելու համար:
Իշխանական գրչակներն իրենց խիստ բատրակային փութաջանությամբ հեռուն գնացող հետևություններ են արել և իբր գնված առանձնատան և մյուս նախկին ՊՆ Սեյրան Օհանյանի իբր Վահագնի թաղամասի առանձնատան առկայությունը վերագրել են «Սերժ Սարգսյանի թողած ժառանգությանը»:
Հատուկ իշխանական քարոզչական ոհմակի տարատեսակ մետաստազների համար մի քանի փաստական արձանագրումներ.
1. Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում երբեք իր օգնականների, նախարարների և/կամ այլ պաշտոնյաների անձնական կարիքների համար պարգևավճարների կամ հավելավճարների տեսքով բյուջետային հատկացումներ չի արել, երբեք պետական միջոցները որպես սեփական թիմի հարստացման միջոց չի դիտարկել, ինչում արդեն 4 տարի մաստեր կլաս եք անում դուք:
2. Սերժ Սարգսյանն երբեք միլիոնավոր դոլարների կանխիկացված գումար դուրս չի գրել իր օգնականների վրա, օրինակ, պատերազմի ընթացքում շուկայականից երեք անգամ թանկ զրահաբաճկոններ գնելու համար։
3. Նախկին Պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը բազմիցս խոսել է իր «առանձնատան» վերաբերյալ տարածված վերագրումների մասին, իսկ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, կարծում եմ, կխոսի այսօր տարածված տեղեկատվության մասին:
4. Բայց ոչ այս դեպքերը, ոչ էլ ձեր կողմից տարածված մյուս տեղեկատվական աղբը որևէ կերպ հանրությանը չի կարող շեղել արդեն 4 տարի պետական միջոցների հաշվին հարստացող ու նորանոր սեփականություններ ձեռք բերող ձեր թալանչի թիմի քաջագործություններից:
5. Իսկ Վահագնի թաղամասի տների եւ հողերի սեփականատերերի սիրահարներին հիշեցնեմ ընդամենը շաբաթներ առաջ մամուլով բացահայտված մի քանի տների եւ հողամասերի առնչությունը Նիկոլի հատուկ անձնական կարիքների բավարարման «դեսպանի» հետ։
