Կոնվերս Բանկը դրամային և դոլարային պարտատոմսերի մարում է իրականացրել

Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտարարում է AMCOVSB2BER5 տարբերակիչ ծածկագրով ԱՄՆ դոլարով և AMCOVSB2AER7 տարբերակիչ ծածկագրով ՀՀ դրամով պարտատոմսերի մարման և արժեկտրոնների վճարման մասին: Մարվել է 5 մլն դոլար ընդհանուր արժեքով դոլարային և 1 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր արժեքով դրամային պարտատոմս, ինչպես նաև վճարվել է մոտ 100 մլն ՀՀ դրամ արժեկտրոնային եկամուտ:
«Կոնվերս Բանկի կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերը Բանկի ամենապահանջված պրոդուկտներից է: 2017թ-ից ի վեր Բանկը թողարկել է 11 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, 55 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար և 5 մլն Եվրո ընդհանուր ծավալով պարտատոմս, որից 5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ և 20 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ծավալով պարտատոմսերը ներկայում հաջողությամբ շրջանառվում են Հայաստանի Ֆոնդային բորսայում: Իսկ պարտատոմսերից հաճախորդների ստացած եկամուտը 18.10.22թ. դրությամբ կազմել է մոտ 1,8 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, մոտ 5,1 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար և մոտ 598 հազար Եվրո: Արժևորում ենք հաճախորդների վստահությունը: Բանկը այսուհետ ևս իրականացնելու է հերթական թողարկումներ՝ ֆինանսական գործիքակազմում հաճախորդների ներդրումային կարիքները բավարարելու համար»,- ասել են Կոնվերս Բանկում:
Նշենք, որ պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվել են 2019թ: Դրամային պարտատոմսերի տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը կազմել է 9,50%, իսկ ԱՄՆ դոլարով պարտատոմսերինը՝ 5,25%: Պարտատոմսերի շրջանառման ժամկետը 36 ամիս էր, տոկոսագումարի վճարման պարբերականությունը՝ կիսամյակային:
