Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ից երկու շատ հստակ ակնկալիք ունի՝ նախ, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն հստակ քաղաքական գնահատական տա ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային և երկրորդը՝ ընդունի ճանապարհային քարտեզ Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ԱԺ-ում կառավարության անդամների հետ հարցուպատասխանին՝ անդրադառնալով «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լիլիթ Մինասյանի հարցին:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հիշեցրեց, որ սեպտեմբերին Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայից հետո Հայաստանը դիմել է ՀԱՊԿ-ին, նաև ՀԱՊԿ կոլեկտիվ անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում կայացվել է որոշում, որի արդյունքում խումբ է եկել Հայաստան, տեղում դիտարկել և գնահատել իրավիճակը:

«Հիմա մենք առաջիկայում նախաձեռնում ենք կոլեկտիվ անվտանգության խորհրդի արտահերթ նիստ, որպեսզի քննարկենք այդ զեկույցը: Ես հույս ունեմ, որ հնարավորինս արագ տեղի կունենա այդ նիստը»,-ասաց վարչապետը:

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի ակնկալիքներին՝ Փաշինյանը նշեց. «Շատ հստակ ակնկալիք կա. առաջինը, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն հստակ քաղաքական գնահատական կտա տեղի ունեցածին և երկրորդը՝ կընդունի ճանապարհային քարտեզ Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու վերաբերյալ: Այս երկու ակնկալիքներն են, որ, կարծում եմ, ոչ միայն Հայաստանի կառավարության ակնկալիքն է, այլ նաև Հայաստանի հանրության, ժողովրդի ակնկալիքն է»:
