Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Օգոստոսի 25-ից հետո, երբ Քաշաթաղի, Աղավնոյի և Ներքին Սուսի բնակիչները տեղահանվեցին իրենց բնակավայրերից և տեղափոխվեցին Արցախի ու Հայաստանի տարբեր բնակավայրեր, մինչև օրս կապ են պահում Քաշաթաղի վարչական ղեկավարի հետ։

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Քաշաթաղի վարչական ղեկավար Մուշեղ Ալավերդյանը նաև ասաց, որ բնակիչների մի մասը  շարունակում է տարբեր հարցերով ու խնդիրներով  դիմել իրեն։

«Բնական է, ողջ բնակչության հետ հնարավոր չէ կապը պահել, բայց վարչակազմի աշխատակազմը գրեթե բոլորի հետ էլ կապը պահում է։ Հիմնականում այդ կապը պահում ենք համայնքապետերի միջոցով»,- նշեց Մուշեղ Ալավերդյանը։

Հարցին՝ օգոստոսի 25-ից Քաշաթաղից դուրս եկած բնակիչներից բնակարանների սերտիֆիկատներ ստացողներ կա՞ն, տվյալ պահի դրությամբ ի՞նչ տեղեկություն ունեն, Մուշեղ Ալավերդյանը պատասխանեց, որ ստույգ տվյալ չի կարող ասել, բայց կարծում է՝ ստացողներ կան։

«Մենք արձագանքում ենք այն դեպքերին, երբ, օրինակ, բնակիչը սերտիֆիկատ է ստացել և ինչ-որ խնդրի է բախվել, այդ ժամանակ ենք արձագանքում։ Եթե բնակիչը ստացել է սերտիֆիկատը և որևէ խնդիր չի առաջացել, հնարավոր է՝ մենք դրա մասին տեղեկատվություն չունենանք։ ՀՀ սոցապ նախարարությունը մեզ այդ առումով հաշվետվություն չի տալիս, միայն թվային տեսքով, ենթադրենք՝ 150 շահառու ստացել են։ Այսպես գիտենք, անվանական չգիտենք»,- շեշտեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Քաշաթաղից տեղահանվածները զանգահարում են բազմաթիվ ու բազմաբնույթ խնդիրներով, որոնք չի կարող կոմպլեկտավորել ու տարբերակել։

«Սոցիալական աջակցության խնդիրներից սկսած՝ մինչև կենցաղային տարբեր խնդիրներով դիմում են, նույնիսկ այնպիսի խնդիրներով, որոնք այլ տեղերում չեն բարձրաձայնում, դիմում են մեզ»,- շեշտեց նա։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Քաշաթաղի դպրոցի անձնակազմին, որոնք վերջերս բողոքում էին, որ աշխատավարձերն ամբողջությամբ չեն ստանում, Մուշեղ Ալավերդյանն ասաց, որ խնդիրն արդեն լուծվել է, դիմել են պետնախարարին, ու խնդիրը լուծվել է՝ ամբողջական աշխատավարձերը կստանան։

Հարցին՝ իրատեսական համարո՞ւմ է, որ մի օր կրկին վերադառնալու են Քաշաթաղ, Մուշեղ Ալավերդյանը պատասխանեց. «Հարցը հռետորական է, չեմ ուզում պատասխանել։ Ես Քաշաթաղում ծնվել ու մեծացել եմ, իմ հայրենիքն է, չգիտեմ՝ ինչ պատասխանեմ։ Դուք ինձ հարցնում եք, ես իմ տուն գնալո՞ւ եմ, թե՞ ոչ»։
