Գնալով ավելի ու ավելի են ձեռք քաշում Արցախից․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրերս Հայաստան էր ժամանել Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի Հայաստանի հարցերով զեկուցող Անդրեյ Կովաչևը: Նա հանդիպումներ է ունեցել մի շարք պաշտոնական և քաղաքական շրջանակների, այդ թվում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ։ Փորձագիտական շրջանակները ուշադրություն են դարձրել այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ իշխանական պաշտոնյաները Կովաչևի հետ հանդիպումների ժամանակ խոսել են ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների ընթացքի, տարածաշրջանային խնդիրների, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման, Ադրբեջանի հայատյաց քաղաքականության ու մի շարք այլ հարցերի մասին, սակայն ծպտուն անգամ չեն հանել Արցախի կարգավիճակի և ինքնորոշման խնդրի մասին:
Արցախի հետ կապված միակ հարցը, որ քպականները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ քննարկել են, «Արցախում ապրող հայերի իրավունքների պաշտպանության ու անվտանգության խնդիրն» է: Ու ընդհանրապես, արտերկրյա գործընկերների հետ շփումներում իշխանությունները փորձում են շրջանցել Արցախի կարգավիճակի ու ինքնորոշման հարցը։ Հետաքրքիր է, որ փոխարենը Կովաչևի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն է հատուկ շեշտել, որ Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ճանաչումն ու երաշխավորումը պետք է արտացոլված լինեն խնդրին վերաբերող քաղաքական և իրավական փաստաթղթերում։
Ըստ էության, այս ամենը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Արցախի ինքնորոշման հարցը բարձրացնելու առաքելությունը մնացել է միայն ընդդիմության ուսերին, իսկ իշխանությունները գնալով ավելի ու ավելի են ձեռք քաշում Արցախից։
