ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը թվիթերյան միկրոբլոգում գրառում է կատարել՝ հայտարարելով, որ  սեպտեմբերի սկզբին Հայաստանը համաձայնել է աշխատել Ռուսաստանի կողմից առաջարկված Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման հիմնական սկզբունքների և պարամետրերի հիման վրա:

«Հայաստանը համաձայնել է աշխատել Ռուսաստանի կողմից առաջարկված Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման հիմնական սկզբունքների և պարամետրերի հիման վրա և պատրաստ է հաստատել դա Սոչիում: Հուսով ենք, որ Ռուսաստանը կաջակցի իր առաջարկներին», - գրել է Փաշինյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագիրն, իհարկե, պետք է, և Ռուսաստանն աջակցում է խաղաղ կարգավորմանը։

Նա նշել է, որ հայ ժողովուրդն ու ղեկավարությունը պետք է ընտրեն, թե որ տարբերակն է իրենց պետք, սակայն ցանկացած տարբերակ, որը կհանգեցնի խաղաղության, ընդունելի կլինի իրենց համար։

«Մենք չենք պատրաստվում ոչինչ պարտադրել, չենք կարող և չենք պատրաստվում Հայստանին ինչ-որ բան թելադրել, եթե հայ ժողովուրդն ու այսօրվա ղեկավարությունը որոշեն, որ պետք է ընտրել կոնկրետ տարբերակ, ինչքան գիտեմ՝ վաշինգտոնյանը, որը նախատեսում է Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանության ճանաչումը, ապա խնդրեմ»,-ասել է Պուտինը՝ նշելով, որ ՌԴ-ն կսատարի հայ ժողովրդի ցանկացած ընտրության։

Պուտինը նաև նշել է, որ եթե Հայաստանն ու ներկա իշխանությունը կարծում են, որ Ղարաբաղը ունի իր առանձնահատկությունները, որոնք պետք է հաշվի առնել և ներառել պայմանագրում, դա նույնպես հնարավոր է քննարկել։

«Սա շատ դժվար ու ծանր հարց է, Հայաստանը մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերն է, դաշնակիցն է, և մենք, նկատի առնելով Ադրբեջանի շահերը, պետք է կենտրոնանանք այն հարցերի վրա, որոնք կառաջարկի Հայաստանը»,-ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը։
