Կառավարության հակազգային նախաձեռնությունը ձախողվեց․ Չալաբյան

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը դեռ երկու շաբաթ առաջ գրել էր գործող կառավարության հերթական հակազգային նախաձեռնության մասին։
Կառավարությունը հանրային քննարկման էր դրել 150 հազար դոլարի ներդրման դիմաց ցանկացած անձի՝ անկախ նրա ազգային պատկանելությունից, քաղաքացիություն շնորհելու նախագիծը։ Չալաբյանն արձանագրում է, որ Արդարադատության նախարարության կայքի վրա ավարտվել է այդ խայտառակ նախաձեռնության հանրային քննարկումը և մասնակցած քաղաքացիների 95 տոկոսը դեմ է արտահայտվել դրան։
«Ժողովրդավարական բաստիոնի ինքնահռչակ պարետին առաջարկում եմ ենթարկվել ժողովրդի կամքին և չեղարկել այս նախաձեռնությունը, իսկ մեր բոլոր քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր մասնակցել են այս հանրային քննարկմանը շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում և հորդորում եմ շարունակել հետամուտ լինել, որպեսզի իրենց վճռական ձայնը տեղ հասնի»,- գրել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։
Ինչ խոսք, արդյունքը շշմեցուցիչ և կարևոր է, սակայն Չալաբյանն ինքն էլ տողատակով հասկացնում է, որ գործող իշխանությունն ամենևին էլ մտադիր չէ հրաժարվել հակազգային այս նախաձեռնությունը կյանքի կոչելուց և առաջիկայում դեռ կփորձեն կրկին առաջ մղել, հատկապես, որ այս նախաձեռնությունը փոխում է ոչ թե Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և նրա քաղաքացիների, այլ ավելի շուտ թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի շահերից։
Ընդամենը մեկ նախաձեռնության մասով՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հորդորին, բազում անձինք ականջալուր եղան, կարողացան ապահովել, որ քննարկմանը մասնակցածների 95 տոկոսը դեմ արտահայտվի, հետայսու հարկավոր է ցանկացած նման քննարկման դեպքում անպայման բարձրացնել ժողովրդի ձայնը , իշխանություններին բացատրել իրենց արարքների վտանգավորությունը և փորձել կանխել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ ցանկացած դավադրություն։
