Սա նշանակում է աշխարհաքաղաքական ճողվածք: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 28-ին, «Լազարյան ակումբի» նիստից առաջ, լրագրողների հետ զրոույցում նշեց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը, թե Հայաստանը համաձայնել է աշխատել Ռուսաստանի կողմից առաջարկված Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման հիմնական սկզբունքների և պարամետրերի հիման վրա և պատրաստ է հաստատել դա Սոչիում՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ Ռուսաստանը կաջակցի իր առաջարկներին:

«Սա նշանակում գնալ Բրյուսել, ասել մեկ բան, Մոսկվայում՝ մեկ այլ բան, Վաշինգտոնում մի ուրիշ բան, ու երկիրը սարքել աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոններ մրցակցության ու հակասությունների մանրադրամ: Գիշերը «Հայկական ժամանակով» այլ բան գրեց, կեսօրին Թվիթերով այլ բան ասեց,  երեկոյան վստահ եմ՝ մեկ այլ բան է ասելու, գնալու է փակ սենյակում էլ լրիվ ուրիշ բան ասի: Սա է գավառական ժուլիկությամբ երկիրը դարձնել աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնների մանրադրամ»,-ասաց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, որ այսօր Հայաստան է ժամանել Հարավային Կովկասում և Վրաստանում ճգնաժամի հարցերով Եվրամիության հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը, Իշխան Սաղաթելյանն ասաց. «Ամեն մեկն իր փայն է ուզում Հայաստանից այս իրավիճակում: Հայաստանը բանակցություններում պետք է հանդես գա հայկական օրակարգով, մի տարբերակ, որը հայկական պետականության գոյությանը չի վնասիՆիկոլի առաջարկածը եւ իբր միջազգային աջակցությամբ ծրագիրը Արցախի հանձնում է, որը բերելու է հայկական պետականության կորուստ: Նրանք, ովքեր ասում են՝ Արցախը տանք, Հայաստանը պահենք, հայ ժողովրդի դավաճարններ են»:

Նա հայտարարեց, որ իրենք դեմ չեն խաղաղությանը, դեմ չեն բանակցություններին, այդ թվում Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի հետ. «Բայց այդ խաղաղությունը չպետք է լինի հայ ժողովրդի հայրենազրկման գնով, Արցախը կորցնելու գնով: Թշնամու զորքերը պետք է դուրս շպրտվեն Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքից: Դու չես կարող խոսել խաղաղության մասին, երբ խրամատներում այս պահին կան հայ զինվորի դիմակներ, այդ թվում բուժքույրի դիակ, դու այդ պայմաններում գնում ես Ալիեւի ու Էրդողանի հետ սիլիբիլի ես անում, խոսում խաղաղության մասին: Դրա համար էլ այսօր որեւէ մեկը մեզ չի հարգում»,-ընդգծեց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը:
