Դալմայի այգիներում ծրագրվում է խոշոր ծառահատում: Մամուլը բազմիցս անդրադարձել է խնդրին, որ «Դալան» անունը կրող շինարարական նախագծի հիմնական դերակատարը Արմեն Տեր-Տաճատյանն է, որը «Կոնվերս բանկի» խորհրդի նախագահն է և Հայաստանում արգենտինահայ գործարար, բարերար, ՀՀ Ազգային հերոս Էդուարդո Էռնեկյանի գլխավոր իրավաբանը: Տեր-Տաճատյանը Էռնեկյանի հայաստանյան բոլոր բիզնեսներին իրավաբանական խորհրդատվությունն է մատուցում և գործարար շրջանակներում հայտնի է որպես Էռնեկյանի ներկայացուցիչ:
«Դալան» նախագիծը ասպարեզ է եկել 2018-ի իշխանափոխությունից հետո: Կառավարության որոշմամբ է իրականացվել հողահատկացումը և վերջերս էլ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի բնապահպանության վարչությունը նախնական համաձայնություն է տվել կառուցապատման մեկնարկը տալու համար:
Ստացվում է, որ փոշու և տրանսպորտային արտանետումների մեջ թաղված Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի համար Դալմայի այգիներում շուրջ 100 ծառի հատումը խնդիր չէ, և հարցը բնապահպանական ռիսկեր չի պարունակում: Ընդ որում՝ շրջանառվող լուրերի համաձայն ՝ նախատեսվում է այս նախագիծը Տիգրան Ավինյանի քաղաքապետ դառնալու ճանապարհին ներկայացնել որպես մեգանախագիծ, ինչպիսին օրինակ մետրոյի նոր կայարանի կառուցումն է: Ուշագրավ է, որ այս խնդրի կապակցությամբ բնապահպանական կազմակերպությունները աղմուկ չեն բարձրացնում: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ խոսքը 100-ից ավել ծառերի մասին: Իսկ ժամանակին նույնիսկ 1 ծառ փրկելու համար էր տիեզերական մասշտաբների աղմուկ բարձրանում: Պատճառը, թերևս, այն է, որ երբեմնի բնապահպան ակտիվիստների մեծամասնությունն այսօր քաղաքապետարանի ավագանու անդամներ են, կամ տեղավորվել են իշխանական տարբեր կաբինետներում:
Բնապահպաններին, փաստորեն, 100 ծառի մոտալուտ սպանդն այլեւս չի հետաքրքրում:
