ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության կողմից նախաձեռնվել են թվով 35 քրեական վարույթներ

2022 թվականի 10 ամիսների ընթացքում պետական կառավարման մարմիններում Ծառայության կողմից արձանագրված խախտումների, բացթողումների վերացման ուղղությամբ այդ մարմիններին ներկայացվել են համապատասխան առաջարկներ, իսկ առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակող փաստերը փոխանցվել են իրավապահ մարմիններին՝ իրավական գնահատական տալու և լուծելու համար։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՊՎԾ-ից, ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության կողմից օրենքով իրեն վերապահված վերահսկողական լիազորությունների իրացման արդյունքներով՝ տարեսկզբից ի վեր նախաձեռնվել են թվով 35 քրեական վարույթներ, որից 15-ը՝ ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի կողմից:
Ծառայության կողմից առողջապահության ոլորտում իրականացված վերահսկողական գործառույթների շրջանակներում տարեսկզբից ի վեր պետական բյուջե է վերականգնվել մոտ 130 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ քաղաքացիներին է վերադարձվել՝ 13,6 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ գումար:
Ծառայության ամենօրյա մշտադիտարկման ներքո են նաև Կառավարության որոշումների, ինչպես նաև վարչապետի որոշումների և հանձնարարականների կատարումը, իսկ ստացված արդյունքներն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ներկայացվում են Ծառայության ղեկավարին, ապա նաեւ՝ ըստ կարեւորության, զեկուցվում ՀՀ վարչապետին։
Ծառայությունն այս պահին հետևողականորեն շարունակում է իր վերահսկողական լիազորությունների իրականացումը տարբեր ոլորտներում, մասնավորապես, ընթացքի մեջ են մոտ 80 վերահսկողական գործընթացներ. այդ թվում 20 ուսումնասիրություն և շուրջ 6 տասնյակ մշտադիտարկումներ:
Այս պահին վերահսկողական գործողություններ են իրականացվում Արտաքին գործերի, Առողջապահության, Էկոնոմիկայի, Պաշտպանության նախարարություններում, մի շարք ԲՈՒՀ-երում, Առողջապահության նախարարության Պետական առողջապահական գործակալությունում, ինչպես նաև հանդիպակաց ուսումնասիրություն է իրականացվում պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող 10 խոշորագույն բժշկական հաստատություններում, ինչպես նաեւ մի շարք տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններում, «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ում և այլ մարմիններում, այդ թվում՝ գործարքի կողմ հանդիսացող անձանց մոտ։
«Ծառայությունը գործարքի մյուս կողմի մոտ հանդիպակաց ուսումնասիրություններ իրականացնում է բացառապես այն դեպքերում, երբ վերահսկվող օբյեկտի մոտ ուսումնասիրության շրջանակներում Ծառայությանն անհրաժեշտ տեղեկություններն ամբողջական չեն ու առանց հանդիպակաց ուսումնասիրություն կատարելու հնարավոր չէ գնահատել ուսումնասիրվող գործարքը:
ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությունը հետևողականորեն իրականացնում է իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունները՝ բացահայտելու և բացառելու պետական միջոցների անարդյունավետ կառավարումը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ օրենսդրության հնարավոր խախտումները՝ ապահովելով ՀՀ վարչապետի վերահսկողական լիազորությունների իրականացումը»,- նշում են ՊՎԾ-ից։
