Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ
2007 թվականին Մադրիդյան սկզբունքները, որպես բանակցութունների հիմք ընդունելով, Հայաստանում իշխող ուժը ոչնչացրեց Լեռային Ղարաբաղի անկախության հռչակման իրավական հիմքերը, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության 6-րդ համաժողովի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Մենք, իշխանության գալով, առերեսվելով այս իրավիճակի հետ, փորձեցինք, մեզնից կախված ամեն ինչ արեցինք, որ Հայաստանի պետականության հիմունքները նորոգենք, մենք արձանագրեցինք, որ Հայաստանը պետական իշխանության մակարդակով՝ 1990 թվականից մինչև 2018 թվականը, հետևողականորեն հրաժարվել ու քայքայել է պետության հիմունքները, հետո պարզեցինք, որ նույնիսկ մենք, մեր բոլոր ջանքերով, այլևս ի վիճակի չենք վերականգնելու», - ասաց նա:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ ՔՊ-ի դիրքորոշումն էր՝ Ղարաբաղի հարցի կարգավորման որևէ ծրագրի իրագործում հնարավոր է միայն ԼՂ բանակցային լիարժեք կողմի կարգավիճակի վերականգնմամբ, առանց որի համաձայնության՝ հարցի կարգավորման որևէ տարբերակ չի կարող համարվել դե յուրե ընդունված:
«Վարչապետ ընտրվելուց հետո իմ առաջնային ջանքերն ուղղված են եղել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բանակցողի կարգավիճակի վերականգնմանը, բայց ինչ պարզվեց. պարզվեց, որ այս բոլոր պատմությունները այլևս դուրս են ՀՀ վերահսկողությունից, որովհետև Հայաստանը շուրջ 30 տարվա բանակցությունների արդյունքում կորցրել է ամբողջ վերահսկողությունը ԼՂ-ի խնդրի վերաբերյալ, պարզվեց, որ Հայաստանն այլևս չի որոշում ու միակ բանը, որ կարող է որոշել, հլու կատարել այլ տեղերում կատարվող ու կայացվող որոշումները», - հայտարարեց վարչապետը:
Նա ասաց, թե իրենք չեն հնազանդվել այդ որոշումներին:
«Այդպես վարվել ենք, որովհետև հասկացել ենք՝ դրանով կկորցնենք ինքնիշխանությունն ու պետականությունը, մենք հասկացել ենք, որ, իրականում, գուցե, Ղարաբաղի հարցն ամբողջ պատմությունը չէ ու պատմության մնացած մասը վերաբերում է Հայաստանին, նրա անկախությանը, ինքնիշխանությանն ու սուվերենությանը: Մենք այսօր բարձր ու հստակ պիտի արձանագրենք, որ որևէ պարագայում մեր պետականությունը, մեր ինքնիշխանությունը, մեր սուվերենությունն ու անկախությունը որևէ մեկի չենք զիջի ու մենք կուսակցություն ենք, որը պիտի տեր կանգնի անկախությանը, ինքնիշխանությանն ու պետականությանը», - ընդգծեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
