Արտակ Զաքարյանը գրում է․
«Կա՞ երկիր, որ Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի մաս չի համարում, թող հայտարարի» այսօր այսպիսի թրքաբարո միտք է ասել հայկական խավարամտության ու դավադրությունների գերաստղ Նիկոլը:
Այո, մինչև 2018թ., աշխարհի երկրների մեծ մասի համար Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը եղել է ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ձևաչափում կարգավորման ենթակա հարց: Երկրների ճնշող մեծամասնությունն աջակցում էին ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ գործընթացին, որի գործունեության առանցքում էր ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման սկզբունքը: Երկրների ճնշող մեծածասնությունը` հարգելով Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, մինչև 2018թ. չեն հայտարարել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ճանաչում են որպես Ադրբեջանին անքակտելի մաս:
Նիկո´լ, քո միտումնավոր պարտությունն ու մորթապաշտ տեսակն է հասցրել նրան, որ այսօր, թքած ունենալով ՀՀ իշխանությունների վրա, հայտարարում են, որ Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի մաս է:
Քեզ վռնդելուց որոշ ժամանակ հետո, համոզված եմ, որ աշխարհի շատ երկրներ նորից պատշաճ ուշադրություն են դարձնելու Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության երկարաժամկետ երաշխիքների և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման վրա: Դրա համար ենք ասում, մի ստորագրիր որևէ թուղթ, որը ենթադրում է Արցախի ճանաչում Ադրբեջանի կազմում, և օր առաջ հեռացրեք ձեր կործանարար թրքամետ ներկայությունը ՀՀ իշխանությունից:
Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հարցն այսօր էլ է հնարավոր առաջ մղել, բայց դու չես անում, որովհետև.
Ա) վաղուց դավաճանել ես Արցախին ու հայկական շահերին.
Բ) կապիտուլյացիա ես ստորագրել և պատրաստվում ես երկրորդ կապիտուլյացիան ստորագրելուն:
