Խաղաղության գինը չի կարող լինել Արցախի ժողովրդի հայրենազրկումը և Արցախի ոչնչացումը: Այս մասին Արցախի ԱԺ-ում հայտարարեց պատգամավոր Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ արդեն երկու տարի է, ինչ Արցախի ժողովւդրն ապրում և արարում է ոչ սովորական պայմաններում՝ հոգեբանական ճնշումներ, անորոշություն, Ադրբեջանի կողմից պատերազմի վերսկսման սպառնալիքներ, ենթակառուցվածքների խաթարումներ: Երկու տարի է՝ Արցախի ժողովուրդը տագնապի զանգ է հնչեցնում միջազգային հանրությանը և բոլոր շահագրգիռ կառույցներին՝ փորձելով նրանց հասցնել այն ակնհայտ ճշմարտությունը, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ագրեսիվ գործողությունները՝ խախտելով կրակի դադարեցման և բոլոր ռազմական գործողություններին վերջ տալու եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթները:

Ստեփանյանի խոսքով՝ այս ամենով Ադրբեջանը մեծապես վնասում է նաև 2020թ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ Արցախում տեղակայված ՌԴ խաղաղապահ առաքելությանը ՝ կասկածի տակլ դնելով ՌԴ ջանքերի արդյունավետությունը:

Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը հիշեցրեց, որ արդեն երկու տարի է, ինչ Ադրբեջանը բոլոր միջազգային ատյաններում ձգտում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը լուծված է, ապա ցավով արձանագրեց, որ միջազգային որոշ կառույցներում և որոշ ազդեցիկ երկրներում Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրեց, այսպես ասած, փաստարկները, ոչ միայն արժանանաում են ուշադրության, այլև՝ փորձ է արվում ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը ստորադասել աշխարհաքաղաքական հետաքրքրություններին, որոշ դեպքերում էլ՝ ադրբեջանական նավթին ու գազին:

Պատգամավորն ընդգծում է՝ոչ մի հակամարտության լուծում, չի կարող միակողմանի զիջումների հաշվին լինել, չենք համարում, որ խնդիրը լուծված է, քանի դեռ որոշված չէ Արցախի կարգավիճակը, քանի վերականգնվցած չեն բռնի տեղահանված քաղաքացիների իրավունքները, քանի դեռ բռնազավթված տարածքներում հետևողականորեն ոչնչացվում են հայկական մշակութային և հոգևոր արժեքները, քանի դեռ միջազգայնորեն ամրագրված չեն Արցախի ժողովրդի՝ սեփական ճակատագիրը որոշելու իրացված իրավունքը և լիարժեք պաշտպանված չէ մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը:
