«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այս օրերին Արցախի շուրջ ամենաբուռն զարգացումներն են տեղի ունենում, և մենք էլ մեր «ԱրԱր» հիմնադրամի թիմով գտնվում էինք Արցախում՝ հանդիպելու այստեղ ապրող մեր գործընկերներին, ամփոփելու կատարած գործերը, և նախանշելու նոր անելիքները:
Արցախում անցկացված երկու օրը տպավորությունների մի ամբողջ փոթորիկ է առաջացնում: Հիմա ընդունված է ասել, որ «Արցախը վիրավոր բայց կանգուն է», բայց երբ մոտիկից ես շփվում արցախյան իրականության հետ, հասկանում ես, թե որքան խորն ու ցավոտ է այդ վերքը, և որքան կամք և տոկունություն է պետք՝ այդպիսի վերքով ապրելու և չհանձնվելու համար:
 
Այսօր Արցախում մեր հայրենակիցները ապրում են՝ շրջապատված թշնամու զորակայաններով և դիտակետներով, Հայաստանին կապող ընդամենը մի ճանապարհով, որը կարող է խզվել ամեն պահի, ռուս խաղաղապահների փխրուն պաշտպանությամբ, որն ամեն պահի ևս կարող է վերանալ, Հայաստանի իշխանություններից եկող հակասական ուղերձներով, որոնք հուսահատությունից ու ցավից բացի ուրիշ ոչ մի բան չեն կարող առաջացնել այս հողի վրա ապրող մարդկանց համար:
 
Դրանով հանդերձ, մեզ հանդիպած մարդիկ այստեղ վճռական էին՝ շարունակելու ազատ ապրելու իրավունքի համար իրենց դարավոր պայքարը: Այս օրերին շատերը Ստեփանակերտում պատրաստվում էին միասնական հանրահավաքին, աշխարհին ցույց տալու իրենց հավաքական կամքը, և տեր կանգնելու սեփական պետությանը: Ստեփանակերտում և այլուր նաև այժմ բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր են իրականացվում, որոնց նպատակն է նոր իրականության պայմաններում վերականգնել և նոր շունչ տալ տնտեսությանը, կրթական և մշակույթային նոր հնարավորություններ տրամադրել երիտասարդությանը, ավելի անվտանգ և պաշտպանված դարձնել արցախահայության ամենօրյա կյանքը: Որքան խորն է վերքը, այնքան էլ ուժեղ է ոտքի կանգնելու, ցավը թոթափելու, և առաջ գնալու ցանկությունը:
 
Վերադառնալով Արցախից, ես իմ հետ եմ բերել ոչ միայն նրա ցավը, այլև այդ ցավը հաղթահարելու, ոտքի կանգնելու, և նոր հաղթանակներ կերտելու ամուր վճռականությունը: Այն մեզնից անվերջ նվիրում, իմաստություն, համառ աշխատանք և հետևողականություն է պահանջելու, բայց սա մի նպատակ է, որը նաև անվերջ ոգեշնչում է պարգևում: Առաջիկա օրերին, ամիսներին, տարիներին և տասնամյակներին յուրաքանչյուրս մեծ գործ ունի անելու՝ ուժեղացնելու մեր պետությունը, նրա նոր ուժով տեր կանգնելու մեր բոլորի Արցախին, և վերականգնելու մեր միասնական հայրենիքը: Ուժ ու զորություն եմ ցանկանում չվհատվող և աննկուն յուրաքանչյուր ոգուն, և Աստված զորավիգ մեր հայրենիքին:
