«Արար» հիմնադրամի ղեկավար կազմը աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում մի շարք հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Արցախի պետական, ռազմական և հոգևոր առաջնորդների հետ

«Արար» հիմնադրամը ղեկավար կազմը ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 28-30-ը աշխատանքային այցով գտնվել է Արցախում՝ տեղում քննարկելու առկա հիմնախնդիրներն ու դրանց լուծման ուղղված համատեղ ծրագրերը։

Աշխատանքային խումբը, ի դեմս հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Դավիթ Փախչանյանի, խորհրդի անդամներ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի, Արթուր Ալավերդյանի, Մանուկ Հերգնյանի, Իգոր Զարգարյանի և գործադիր տնօրեն Արմեն Խաչիկյանի, աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում հանդիպումներ են անցկացրել Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանի, Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանի, Արցախի հոգևոր թեմի առաջնորդ հայր Վրթանես սրբազանի հետ, քննարկվել են Արցախի առջև ծառացած լրջագույն մարտահրավերն ու դրանց հաղթահարման հնարավոր ուղիները։

Այցի ընթացքում ամփոփվել են նաև հիմնադրամի կատարած աշխատանքները, գնահատվել իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքն ու պլանավորվել են առաջիկա համատեղ ծրագրերը։ Նշենք, որ հիմնադրամի ջանքերով, Արցախյան գործընկերների համագործակցությամբ մշակվել, իրականցվել և արդիականացվել են մի շարք նախագծեր։

«Արար» հիմնադրամը շարունակում է խիստ առաջնահերթ համարել Արցախում անվտանգության և զարգացման բարենպաստ պայմանների ապահովումն, ու համապատասխան ծրագրեր է ձեռնարկում այդ ուղղությամբ։ «Հորդորում ենք մեր բոլոր գործընկերներին՝ հաճախակի այցելել Արցախ, և սեփական ներկայությամբ կանգնել Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների կողքին: Այսօր նրանք ամուր կանգնած են իրենց սուրբ հողին և անտրտունջ ապրում և արարում են` հաղթահարելով լրջագույն սպառնալիքները, սակայն ունեն բոլորիս աջակցության կարիքը՝ հաղթահարելու իրենց բաժին ընկած ծանր մարտահրավերները», - ասել է գործադիր տնօրեն Արմեն Խաչիկյանը:

Նշենք, որ Հիմնադրամի ղեկավար կազմը մասնակցել է նաև Արցախի նորանշանակ պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նախաձեռնած Արցախի զարգացման ռազմավարական քննարկմանը` իր ավանդը բերելով առկա հիմնախնդիրների լուծման ուղիները բացահայտմանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Արար» քաղաքակրթական հետազոտությունների հիմնադրամի առաքելությունն է հիմնարար լուծումներ տալ Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած կարևորագույն մարտահրավերներին:

«Արար» հիմնադրամի գործունեությունն ուղղված է Հայաստանի պետության և հասարակության կենսունակության ամրապնդմանը` քաղաքական գործընթացներից անկախ լուծումներ առաջարկելու և իրականացնելու միջոցով: Որպես այդպիսին, Հիմնադրամը հետազոտություններ է անցկացնում հանրային տարբեր առաջնահերթությունների վերաբերյալ:

Արդյունքների հիման վրա և շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ համագործակցելով՝ Հիմնադրամը մշակում և իրականացնում է զարգացման ծրագրեր՝ ուղղված նպատակային խնդիրների լուծմանը:
