«Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է. 
 
«Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 30-ին տարածած հայտարարությունը հայկական երկու պետությունների և մեր ազգի երկարաժամկետ անվտանգության ապահովման տեսանկյունից ունի չափազանց կարևոր նշանակություն։
 
Հաշվի առնելով, որ հայտարարության մեջ արտահայտված է Ղարաբաղյան հիմնահարցի վերաբերյալ Արցախի խորհրդարանի բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի միասնական դիրքորոշումը, այսինքն, ըստ էության, Արցախի Հանրապետության ամբողջ ժողովրդի ներկայացուցչական մարմնի միահամուռ կարծիքը, միջազգային հանրության անդամ բոլոր դերակատարները Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հանրապետությունների միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը միտված իրենց միջնորդական առաքելությունն իրականացնելիս պետք է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի կարգավորման համար որպես ելակետներ ընդունեն՝
 
• Ադրբեջանական Հանրապետության կազմում որևէ ձևով Արցախի Հանրապետության և նրա ժողովրդի գոյության անհնարինությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով Բաքվի վարչախմբի բռնապետական մարդատյաց և ցեղասպան բնույթը,
 
• Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի Ադրբեջանական Հանրապետության կազմից դուրս ինքնորոշման արդեն իսկ իրացված անքակտելի իրավունքի ճանաչումը։
 
Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում հավաքված տասնյակ հազարավոր արցախցիները հոկտեմբերի 30-ի հայտարարությանը հաղորդել են բացառիկ լեգիտիմություն և ժողովրդականություն, ինչի արդյունքում և հայտարարության տեքստին համապատասխան՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության որևէ իշխանություն իրավունք չունի և չի կարող ունենալ հրաժարվել Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորը լինելու և Արցախի՝ Ադրբեջանի կազմից դուրս ինքնորոշման միջազգային ճանաչման համար պայքարելու համահայկական առաքելությունից։
 
«Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը, վերահաստատելով իր հավատարմությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության հռչակագրի և Գերագույն խորհրդի 1992 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ի որոշման մեջ ամրագրված սկզբունքներին և դրանք համարելով համահայկական գերակա ու անանց արժեքներ, հայտարարում է՝
 
•Մենք շարունակելու ենք անզիջում պայքարն Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման միջազգային ճանաչման և նրա անվտանգության լիարժեք վերականգման ուղղությամբ, որի ապահովման առանցքային դերակատարը դաշնակից և բարեկամ պետությունների աջակցությամբ պետք է կրկին դառնա Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը,
 
•Արցախի հիմնախնդրի հայանպաստ լուծումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգային ճարտարապետության վերականգնման և դրա հզորացման կարևորագույն ու անքակտ բաղադրիչ է՝ Հայաստանում, Արցախում և Սփյուռքում բնակվող հայ ժողովրդի բոլոր հատվածների համար գոյութենաբանական և նաև պատվի խնդիր, ուստի վեր է կուսակցական կամ քաղաքական դաշտում առկա ցանկացած տարբերությունից, ինչի գիտակցումն էլ բոլոր առողջ ազգային ուժերին պետք է մղի հանուն Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանրապետությունների անվտանգության և հետագա հզոր գոյության վերկուսակցական սկզբունքային պայքարի»։
