Ելնելով Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային հակազդելու և Արցախին պարտադրվող ադրբեջանական մեկուսացումը ճեղքելու հրամայականից, ինչպես նաև Արցախյան հակամարտության շարունակական միջազգայնացումն ապահովելու և առհասարակ Հայ դատի համակարգի կողմից հայկական շահերի պաշտպանության անհրաժեշտությունից՝ ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակի նախաձեռնությամբ 2022թ․ հոկտեմբերի 31-ից նոյեմբերի 4-ը Եվրոպական Խորհրդարանից պատգամավորների փաստահավաք առաքելություն է ժամանում Հայաստան։
Պատվիրակության կազմում են Եվրոպական Խորհրդարանի նիդերլանդացի պատգամավոր, ԵԺԿ քաղաքական խմբի անդամ, Արցախի հետ ԵԽ բարեկամության խմբի համահիմնադիր Պետեր Վան Դալենը, ԵԽ նախկին փոխնախագահ, իտալացի անկախ պատգամավոր Ֆաբիո Մասիմո Կաստալդոն և գերմանացի պատգամավոր, ԵՊՌ քաղաքական խմբի անդամ Լարս Պատրիկ Բերգը։ Պատվիրակության անդամներին ուղեկցելու են ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակի նախագահ Գասպար Կարապետյանը, գրասենյակի տնօրեն Հեղինե Էվինյանը և Հայ դատի Կենտրոնական գրասենյակի հատուկ ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Գևորգ Ղուկասյանը։
Այցի ընթացքում նախատեսված են հանդիպումներ Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ. Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի, Արցախի Հանրապետության պատվիրակության, ՀՀ օրենսդիր և գործադիր իշխանության, քաղաքական ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների հետ։
Նոյեմբերի 2-ին նախատեսված է պատվիրակության այցը Սյունիք, հանդիպում տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, այցելություն ադրբեջանական վերջին ագրեսիայից տուժած բնակավայրեր և հանդիպում քաղաքացիական բնակչության հետ։
Այցի ավարտին ԵԽ պատգամավորները հանդես կգան մամուլի ասուլիսով։
