«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, առաջիկա օրերին Առաջատար տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միությունում հրավիրվելու է մամուլի ասուլիս, որին մասնակցելու են ԱՏՁՄ վարչության անդամներ և ՏՏ ոլորտում եղանակ ստեղծող տասնյակից ավելի խոշոր ձեռնարկությունների տնօրեններ: Բանն այն է, որ ներկայում ՏՏ ոլորտում անհանգիստ և ալեկոծված վիճակ է ստեղծվել, արդեն բազմաթիվ ընկերությունների գոյության հարցն է ուղղակի հարցականի տակ դրված։ Ըստ այդմ, ասուլիսի մասնակիցները ներկայացնելու են իրավիճակը և կոնկրետ պահանջներ են դնելու կառավարության առջև։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ՏՏ ընկերություններից շատերը ոչ միայն կրճատել են իրենց աշխատողներին, այլև փակվել կամ սառեցրել են իրենց գործունեությունը, կամ էլ ուղղակի փակման եզրին են։
Խնդիրն այն է, որ մի քանի ամիս առաջվա փոխարժեքի համեմատ դոլարի՝ 20 տոկոսից ավելի արժեզրկումը այնպիսի իրավիճակ է ստեղծել, որ ՏՏ ընկերությունների եկամուտները զգալիորեն նվազել են: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ ՏՏ ընկերությունները շարունակում են նույն աշխատանքը կատարել, սակայն դրա համար ավելի քիչ գումար են ստանում։ Իսկ որոշ ընկերություններ էլ անգամ վնասով են աշխատում՝ հատկապես այն կազմակերպությունները, որոնք աշխատում են դրսի՝ մասնավորապես արտերկրյա ներդրողների հետ։ Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ այս ամիսների ընթացքում ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները մի քանի անգամ քննարկումներ են ունեցել ու տարբեր առիթներով իրենց հուզող հարցերը, այդ թվում՝ սուբսիդավորման հետ կապված, բարձրացրել են կառավարության առաջ։
Սակայն կառավարությունից եկող արձագանքները բացարձակ չեն բավարարում ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներին, իսկ ԲՏԱ նախարարությունը, որը ոլորտի պատասխանատու կառույցն է, մեր տեղեկություններով, փաստացի ձեռքերը լվացել է առկա խնդիրներից։
