Համատեղ հայտարարության Սոչիում ընդունված տեքստով կարելի է ասել, որ Նիկոլի գլխին կրկին դիվանագիտորեն և քաղաքականապես բամփել են:
 
Նիկոլի հերթական «նվաճումն» այն է, որ հայտարարությունից դուրս են թողել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ անվանումը: ՌԴ խաղաղարար առաքելության տեղակայման վայրը նշել են անորոշ` անհասցե բացազատման գոտում:
 
Եթե նույնիսկ խաղաղարար առաքելության տեղակայման վայրի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ անվանումը չի կարողացել ներառել տեքստում, էլ ի՞նչ եք ուզում այդ անընդհատ ստորացվող բանակցողից:
Ոչ մի բառ ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքների դեօկուպացիայի կամ գերիների վերադարձի մասին, էլ չեմ ասում ինքնորոշման իրավունքի մասին: Ոչ մի խոսք կոմունիկացիաների նկատմամբ սուվերեն վերահսկողության մասին:
