Հոկտեմբերի 30-31-ը Երիտասարդ առաջնորդների աջակցման հիմնադրամը և «Зеленая лампа» կրթական կենտրոնը Հայ գործարարների ասոցիացիայի հետ համատեղ անցկացրեցին «Նոր ժամանակ. արդյունավետ կրթություն» խորագրով առաջին կրթական կոնգրեսը։
Համագումարը բացեց միջոցառման ղեկավար, Երիտասարդ առաջնորդների աջակցության հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Գոհար Ղումաշյանը. «Կրթությունն ուժեղ և զարգացած երկրի հենսայունն է։ Մենք վստահ ենք, որ ճիշտ ուղու վրա ենք։ Այսօրվա համագումարը կրթական միջոցառումների շարքի միայն սկիզբն է»։
Համագումարի առաջին օրվա ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրենց մասնագիտակա փորձով կիսվեցին կրթության ոլորտում առաջադեմ այնպիսի ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպիսիք են «Սեպտեմբերի 1» հրատարակչության գլխավոր խմբագիր, Լեսլի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Արտյոմ Սոլովեյչիկը, Ռուսաստանի պետական հակամենաշնորհային ծառայության ղեկավար, Մոսկվայի մարզի պետական կառավարման, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների եւ կապի նախկին նախարար Միխայիլ Ֆեդորենկոն, պրոֆեսոր, Մոսկվայի Սեչենովի անվան պետական բժշկական համալսարանի նյարդաբանության ամբիոնի վարիչ Ալեքսեյ Դանիլովը, «Էպիշկոլա» դպրոցի համահիմնադիր և գաղափարախոս Միխայիլ Էպշտեյնը, «Նոր դպրոց» հիմնադրամի շրջանավարտների տնօրեն Կիրիլ Մեդվեդևը և Green Lamp կրթական նախագծի հիմնադիր Քրիստինա Սանդալովան։
Համագումարը Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ մեկ հարթակում համախմբեց շուրջ 300 ուսումնական հատատութունների տնօրենների, մանկավարժների, ուսուցիչների և դպրոցական և նախադպրոցական տարիքի երեխաների ծնողների՝ նպաստելով սերունդների երկխոսությանը։
Համաժողովի շրջանակներում անցկացվեց նաև Հայաստանի լավագույն կրթական հաստատությունների ինտերակտիվ ցուցահանդես, որտեղ ամբողջ օրը երեխաների և մեծահասակների համար վարպետության դասեր անցկացվեցին։
Կոնգրեսի գործընկերներն են՝ ք.Մոսկվայի արտաքին տնտեսական և միջազգային հարաբերությունների վարչությունը, Ա.Մ.Գորչակովի անվան հանրային դիվանագիտության աջակցության հիմնադրամը, «Летово» և «Այբ» դպրոցները և «Թովմասյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը։
Միջոցառման գլխավոր հովանավորն է «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խումբը։
