Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը պատմական այս շանսը բաց չեն թողնելու

Ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
«Ով զոնտիկը ոնց բռնեց, ում վրա պահեց, ով ում որ տեղը կոխեց այդ զոնտիկը, այս ամեն ինչի մասին, իհարկե, կարելի է ժամերով ու լուրջ դեմքերով «խորը» աշխարհաքաղաքական վերլուծություններ անել։
Բայց կա իրականություն.
• թուլացած և խնդիրների մեջ խրված Ռուսաստան;
• աննախադեպ աստիճանի հաբրգած Թուրքիա;
• ախորժակը բացված Ալիև;
• քիպլիկ գավառական բռնապետություն կառուցած անհայրենիք ու անբարոյական Նիկոլ, ով քանդել է պետական բոլոր ինստիտուտները (այդ թվում պետության անվտանգային համակարգը), որովհետև դրանք կարող էին սահմանափակել իր անձնական իշխանությունը և հիմա պատրաստ է ծառայել բոլորին, բացի հայ ժողովրդից, հայ ժողովուրդն իր համար զուտ «տուգանքի մատերիալ է»։
Ըստ էության, նա Հայաստանի ապագան քայլ առ քայլ վաճառում է իր իշխանությունը հնարավորինս երկար պահելու համար։
Այս իրականությունը երբ գիտակցում ես, հասկանալի է դառնում, որ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը պատմական այս փուլը տեսնում են որպես եզակի շանս տարածաշրջանում հայկական ներկայությունից ազատվելու համար։ Եւ ամեն ինչ անելու են, որ այդ շանսը բաց չթողնեն։
Նշանակում է, որ անկախ այն բանից, թե ինչ են ստորագրելու Նիկոլն ու Ալիևը, այդ թուղթը մեզ ոչ մի բանի երաշխիք չի տալու, քանի որ գործընթացները զարգանում են աշխարհաքաղաքական / ուժային բալանսի տրամաբանությամբ, այլ ոչ թե թղթային։
Հիշենք. 1939-ի օգոստոսին Հիտլերի Գերմանիան և ԽՍՀՄ-ը պայմանագիր կնքեցին, ըստ որի պարտավորվում էին իրար վրա չհարձակվել։ Իրականում և՛ ԽՍՀՄ-ը, և՛ Գերմանիան հենց ստորագրելու պահին հասկանում էին, որ այդ փաստաթուղթը պատերազմը չի կանգնեցնելու, բայց Ստալինը հույս ուներ, որ գերմանական հարվածը Եվրոպային ուղղելով՝ ժամանակ կշահի պատերազմին պատրաստվելու համար։ Ինչպես արդեն հիմա գիտենք, դա սխալ հաշվարկ էր։
Մեր դեպքում ցանկացած «խաղաղության» պայմանագիր Ալիևին պետք է զուտ որպեսզի Արցախը հայաթափի առանց ծախսատար ռազմական գործողությունների դիմելու և իմիջը փչացնելու, մինչև պատրաստի իր բանակը Հայաստանը գրավելու և հայկական «հարցը» վերջնականապես «լուծելու» համար»։
