Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Շվեդիայի խորհրդարանի հայազգի պատգամավոր, Շվեդիա-Հայաստան բարեկամական խմբի նախագահ Արին Կարապետին, ով Երևան է ժամանել՝ մասնակցելու Համաշխարհային հայկական առաջին գագաթնաժողովին:

Ինչպես  հայտնում են վարչապետի աշխատակազմից, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ողջունել է հայազգի պատգամավորի այցը Հայաստան և Հայրենիքի հետ մշտական կապի պահպանումը: Վարչապետը կարևորել է հայ-շվեդական միջխորհրդարանական և միջկառավարական հարաբերությունների զարգացումը, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսության, Հայաստանի՝ ժողովրդավարական օրակարգի առաջմղման և այլ ուղղություններով: Այս առումով, ընդգծվել է բարձր մակարդակի փոխայցելությունների կազմակերպման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Արին Կարապետը նախ իր տպավորություններով է կիսվել Համաշխարհային հայկական առաջին գագաթնաժողովից և գոհունակությամբ ընդգծել աշխատանքների, տեղի ունեցող քննարկումների արդյունավետ անցկացման փաստը: Շվեդիայի խորհրդարանի հայազգի պատգամավորը կարևորել է տարբեր երկրների խորհրդարանների հայ պատգամավորների միջև մշտական կապերի ստեղծումն ու ամրապնդումը, ինչը կնպաստի արտերկրում հայանպաստ գործունեությանը:  

Կարևորվել է Շվեդիա-Հայաստան բարեկամական խմբի ակտիվ գործունեությունը, երկու երկրների միջև ավիահաղորդակցության կազմակերպմանն ուղղված քայլերի իրականացումը: Քննարկվել են երկու երկրների միջև տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև Հայաստան-սփյուռք կապերի ամրապնդմանը, Համաշխարհային հայկական առաջին գագաթնաժողովն ամենամյա դարձնելու հնարավորություններին վերաբերող հարցեր:
