Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում առաջընթաց կա, խոսակցությունը շարունակվում է: Այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում՝ 2023 թ պետբյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանը՝ անդրադառնալով պատգամավորների հարցերին:
«Հանրահայտ է, որ գործընթացն առանց նախապայմանների է և, միևնույն ժամանակ, թուրքական կողմն անընդհատ Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հետ է կապում, որը, ինչ-որ առումով ինքնին մի քիչ նախապայման է հիշեցնում: Այնուամենայնիվ, այս հայտարարություններին զուգահեռ շատ կոնկրետ քննարկումներ են ընթանում, առաջին հերթին՝ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների մակարդակում, բայց նաև այդ մակարդակից դուրս՝ մասնագիտական որոշակի ներգրավվածությամբ»,- ասաց Միրզոյանը:
ԱԳ նախարարը հայտնեց, որ խոսակցությունը մի քանի կոնկրետ քայլերի մասին է, այդ թվում՝ դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց համար սահմանի բացման, ինչպես նաև՝ երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացների համար սահմանի բացման վերաբերյալ:
«Կարող եմ ասել, որ առաջընթաց կա, խոսակցությունը շարունակվում է: Եվ կարող եմ ասել նաև, որ ակնկալում եմ ու հույս ունեմ, որ դրական արդյունքներ կլինեն մոտ ապագայում»,- եզրափակեց Միրզոյանը:
