Արցախի ԱԺ-ն կողմ է քվեարկել Սահմանադրության փոփոխության նախագծին

Նոյեմբերի 3-ին գումարվել է ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի հերթական նիստը:Այս մասին ասվում է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմից։
«Օրակարգում երկրորդ ընթերցման ներկայացված Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության փոփոխության նախագիծն էր:
Նախագծի վերաբերյալ նախատեսված գրավոր առաջարկների ներկայացման ժամկետը սահմանվել էր մինչև սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ը, ժամը 17:00-ն:
ԱՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի կառավարության գործերի կառավարչության պետ Արայիկ Լազարյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ նախագծի վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ չեն եղել:
ԱԺ գլխադասային հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությունը նախագծի վերաբերյալ դրական էր:
«Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» օրենքի 80-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն, մինչև Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների նախագիծը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունելը քվեարկության է դրվել Սահմանադրության փոփոխությանը վերաբերող հարցով Գերագույն դատարան դիմելու մասին Ազգային ժողովի որոշման նախագիծը հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ.
«Ղեկավարվելով Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 141-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետով, 142-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» օրենքի 80-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը որոշում է.
1. Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության փոփոխության նախագծի՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանությունը որոշելու հարցով դիմել Արցախի Հանրապետության Գերագույն դատարան:
2. Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում ընդունման պահից»:
Որոշումն ընդունվել է 30 կողմ ձայնով:
Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության փոփոխության նախագծի մասին հարցի քննարկումը «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» օրենքով ընդատվել է մինչև Գերագույն դատարանի որոշումը ստանալը»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում:
