2022 թվականի 9 ամիսների ընթացքում Արցախում տպագրվել է 12445 անձնագիր, որից 3397-ը տրվել է առաջին անգամ անձնագրավորվող քաղաքացիներին:
Արցախի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության կողմից կազմակերպվել, իրականացվել և վերահսկվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության անձնագրային համակարգի գործունեությունը, տեղեկացնում են ԱՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից։

Հսկողություն է իրականացվել Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածք մուտք գործելու, Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում գտնվելու, Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքից դուրս գալու, ինչպես նաև Արցախի Հանրապետությունում տարանցիկ գտնվելու և (կամ) երթևեկելու վերաբերյալ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կանոնների պահպանման նկատմամբ:

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում իրականացվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների ըստ բնակության վայրի հաշվառում, օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով վարվել է բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրը, ըստ շրջանների և համայնքների՝ որպես մեկ միասնական ցուցակ, կազմվել և վարվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ընտրողների ռեգիստրը:

Անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության ծառայողների աշխատանքը 2020 թվականի ռազմագործողություններից հետո գերծանրաբեռնվել է: Պատճառը՝ տարհանված բնակիչների սպասարկումն է, որն այժմ վարչությունն իրականացնում է ունեցած ներուժով՝ ներառյալ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների անձնագրային բաժինները:

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում տպագրվել է 12445 անձնագիր, որից 3397-ը տրվել է առաջին անգամ անձնագրավորվելու կապակցությամբ:
2022 թվականի 9 ամիսների ընթացքում Արցախի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության և տարածքային անձնագրային ծառայությունների կողմից 12963 քաղաքացիների անձնագրերում կատարվել է օտարերկրյա պետություններում վավերականության ժամկետի մասին նշում:
Վարչությունը համագործակցելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության հետ, քաղաքացիներին տրամադրվել է 3909 նույնականացման քարտ:

Ի դեպ, տարեսկզբից նույնականացման քարտ (ID) ունեցող կամ նույնականացման քարտ ստանալու դիմում ներկայացրած քաղաքացիներին անձնագիր տրվում է 10 տարի վավերականության ժամկետով: Նույնականացման քարտ չունեցող քաղաքացիներին անձնագիրը տրվում է 2 տարի վավերականության ժամկետով:
Ընդ որում, 16 տարին լրացած նախազորակոչային տարիքի արական սեռի քաղաքացիներին անձնագիրը տրամադրվում է մինչև նրանց զորակոչային տարիքը լրանալը, իսկ զորակոչային տարիքը լրանալու դեպքում՝ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից ստացած տարկետման կամ վերափորձաքննության ժամկետով:
