«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ինչպես երևում է, այս կառավարության որոշ նախարարների նույնիսկ իշխանության ներսում են դժվար հանդուրժում: Օրինակ` քպական պատգամավորներից մեկը էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի մասին ասել էր, թե իրեն «հաճելի չէ այս կարգի նախարարի հետ»: Սոցցանցերում օգտատերերը ակտիվորեն արձագանքել էին այս «բանավեճին»՝ մասնավորաբար նշելով՝ «բա մեր ջանը քարի՞ց է», կամ՝ «բա մեզ ինչքան հաճելի չէ ձեր ողջ իշխանության հետ», և այլն: Այդուամենայնիվ, նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանը հասցրել էր մի քանի նոր միտք ավելացնել «փողոցներում խցանումները տնտեսական աճի վկայություն են» կարգի «գլուխգործոցներին»: Օրինակ՝ նա ասել էր, որ «եթե բարձր տնտեսական աճ կա, աղքատությունը պետք է մեծանա», կամ՝ «միջին քաղաքացին 14,1 տոկոսով ավելի լավ է ապրում... բայց ես չեմ ժխտում, որ տարվա վերջում մենք կարող է տեսնենք աղքատության ավելի բարձր ցուցանիշ», և այլն:
Տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը նշում է, թե այս իշխանության պաշտոնյաները պարզապես հակված են հասարակությանը շպրտել կեղծ, սուտ խոսքեր: «Աղքատության պաշտոնական ցուցանիշը գերազանցում է 40 տոկոսը, դա պաշտոնական թիվն է: Իսկ իրականում մարդկանց ճնշող հատվածը, մեծ մասն աղքատ վիճակում է, նման պարագայում աճի մասին խոսելը անհամեստության և գործից անտեղյակության հետևանք է: Նախարարը կլինի, կիսանախարարը կամ մեկ ուրիշը, հոչի՞ ասի` ես այս աշխատանքի հետ ոչ մի առնչություն չունեմ, զարգացման ամբողջ իմաստների հետ ոչ մի առնչություն չունեմ: Ինքը և իր նմանները նշանակվել են պաշտոնների և պարզապես հակված են հասարակությանը շպրտել կեղծ, սուտ խոսքեր: Մենք որպես քաղաքացի հենց միայն առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների սպառման առումով գտնվում ենք շատ խոցելի վիճակում: Նման իրավիճակում որքան էլ ասես «հալվա, հալվա», բերանդ չի քաղցրանա: Ասում են` աճ կա, զարգացում կա:
Բայց ինչպե՞ս կարող է զարգացման պարագայում աղքատության աճ լինել»,«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է տնտեսագետն ու հավելում, որ ՏԱՑ-ը կեղծ ցուցանիշ է, որը երբևիցե ցույց չի տալիս տվյալ երկրի կառավարման արդյունավետությունը, առավել ևս՝ հասարակության բարեկեցությունը:
