«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
realtribune.ru–ն գրում է, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Սոչիում Իլհամ Ալիևի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումը «օգտակար» է անվանել, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ այն հաջողությամբ չի պսակվել: Նման կարծիք է հայտնել քաղաքագետ Արկադի Դուբնովը իր Տելեգրամ-ալիքում։ «Համաձայնեցված հայտարարությունից հանվել են առանցքային դրույթներ, որոնք կարող են վկայել Բաքվի և Երևանի դիրքորոշումների մերձեցման ձախողման մասին խաղաղության պայմանագրի ճանապարհին, որն արդեն իսկ խոստացվել էր կնքել մինչև տարեվերջ։ Փաշինյանը չի կարողացել Պուտինից ստանալ սկզբունքային քաղաքական գնահատական Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ, որի զորքերը, ըստ Երևանի, այսօր վերահսկում են Հայաստանի տարածքի մի մասը։
Ալիևին էլ չի հաջողվել պնդել, որ ընդունվի իր 5 կետանոց դիրքորոշումը, որը փոխզիջման հիմք կհանդիսանա։ Ոչ մի ապացույց չկա, որ հնարավոր է եղել նույնիսկ մերձեցնել դիրքորոշումները Հայաստանով տրանսպորտային միջանցքների հարցում։ Միակ բանը, որ երկու կողմերն էլ ընդգծել են, ռուս խաղաղապահների և անձամբ Պուտինի դրական դերն է, ով ձգտում է հասնել հակամարտության խաղաղ լուծմանը։ Եթե հիշենք, որ հանդիպումը կայացել է Սոչիում, և Պուտինը պնդել է դրա հրատապ լինելու մասին, ապա այդ շնորհակալական կետերը դժվար էր բացառել եզրափակիչ հայտարարությունից։ Դրա տեքստն այլապես հագեցած կլիներ միայն ուժ չկիրառելու, միջազգային իրավունքի, տարածքային ամբողջականության ու պետական ինքնիշխանությունը հարգելու բանաձևային խոստումներով: Մի խոսքով, պետք է ապրել, թեկուզ ոչ բարեկամաբար, բայց առանց պատերազմի։
Բայց իրավաբանորեն այդ ամենը ոչ մեկին չի պարտավորեցնում, ուղղակի, կարծես թե, հերթական անգամ կողմերը խոստացել են «ավագ եղբորը»՝ «այլևս իրենց վատ չպահել»։ Նման իրավիճակում խելամիտ է ենթադրել, որ Բաքուն և Երևանը, Պուտինին «շնորհակալություն» ասելով, նորից կգնան Արևմուտքում միջնորդություն փնտրելու։ Կամ նորից կրակոցներ կհնչեն…»,- եզրափակել է Դուբնովը։
