Ազատության հրապարակում հանդիսավորությամբ բացվեց Օհան Դուրյանի արձան- հուշակոթողը

 Ականավոր դիրիժոր Օհան Դուրյանի 100-ամյա հոբելյանի առթիվ նոյեմբերի 4-ին Ազատության հրապարակում՝ Ալ. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի հարակից տարածքում, տեղադրվեց մաեստրոյի արձան-հուշակոթողը:

Արձան-հուշակոթողի բացմանը ներկա էին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, նրա տիկինը՝ Աննա Հակոբյանը, ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը, նախարարներ, բարձրաստիճան այլ պաշտոնյաներ և մշակութային գործիչներ:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոստովանեց՝ երբ տեսել է քանդակի լուսանկարը, ցնցվել է: «Ինձ համար Օհան Դուրյանը հենց այսպիսին էր: Նա այսպիսին չէր երևում բեմում: Հիշում եմ Ստաս Նամինի՝ Օհան Դուրյանի մասին պատմող վավերագրական ֆիլմը, որում  Դուրյանը փորձի ժամանակ կարճաթև շապիկով է: Նրա բազուկների, այդ մկանուտ, տպավորիչ բազուկների աշխատանքից ու տեսքից ես ցնցվեցի, որովհետև ֆրակով Դուրյանը տեսանելի և ամբողջությամբ հասկանալի չէ: Այդ մերկացած, բազուկոտ ձեռքերի անհասկանալի, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ գրավող շարժումն է Օհան Դուրյանը: Եթե Օհան Դուրյանն այլ արձան ունենար, համարեք, որ դա Օհան Դուրյանի արձանը չէ»,-նշեց Փաշինյանն ու շնորհավորեց մտահաղացման հեղինակին և գաղափարն իրականացնողներին:

Գաղափարի հեղինակ Վահան Վարդապետյանն էլ հանդիսությունը վերնագրեց «Օհան Դուրյանի երրորդ վերադարձը»: «1957 թվական՝ վերադարձ Խորհրդային Հայաստան, 1991 թվական՝ վերադարձ անկախացած Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն և այսօր՝ 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 4՝ վերադարձ երրորդ կամ հավերժական: Աշխարհահռչակ դիրիժոր, մեծ քաղաքացի և մտավորական, իմ իսկ բնութագրմամբ՝ Հայաստանի ամենաազատ և ամենաանկախ քաղաքացի Օհան Դուրյանին ժողովրդի իշխանությունը հավերժ վերադարձրեց Ազատության հրապարակ՝ Ալ. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերային թատրոնի հարակից տարածք»,-շեշտեց Վարդապետյանն ու ընդգծեց, որ տեղի ընտրությունը խորհրդանշական է:

Նրա խոսքով՝ կատարողական արվեստի համաշխարհային մեծությունն օպերայի և ֆիլհարմոնիայի մոտ պետք է լիներ: Նա շեշտեց՝ մինչև կյանքի վերջին շունչը Դուրյանը հանուն ժողովրդի ազատության, ինքնիշխանության և անկախության համար էր պայքարում և համաժողովրդական շարժման դիրիժոր էր: «Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքացին, արվեստի և գրականության պատվո ասպետը Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակին այսքան մերձ է և ամենակարևորը, կարծում եմ՝  փառավորվում է Օհան Դուրյանի հոգին, քանի որ այսքան մոտ է իր պաշտելի կոմպոզիտոր Ալեքսանդր Սպենդիարյանի շիրիմին»,-ասաց նա:
