Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Երեկ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի հրամանագրով ազատվեցի ԱՀ պետական նախարարի պաշտոնից՝ էստաֆետը փոխանցելով Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Արտակ Բեգլարյանը:

«Կուզեի մի քանի կետ ընդգծել այդ առթիվ.

1. Շնորհակալ եմ Նախագահ Հարությունյանին՝ պետությանն ու ժողովրդին ծառայելու այս հնարավորության համար: Շնորհակալ եմ նաև պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմին և իմ բոլոր գործընկերներին՝ համատեղ ծառայության համար:

2. Ես պետնախարարի լիազորությունները ստանձնեցի ծանր պայմաններում՝ աղետալի պատերազմից ամիսներ անց՝ գիտակցելով պատասխանատվությանս չափը ժողովրդի, Նախագահի, գործընկերներիս ու հաջորդ սերունդների առջև:

3. Ճգնաժամային պայմաններում իմ լիազորությունների ու կարողությունների շրջանակներում կատարել եմ հնարավորինս խնդիրների օպերատիվ ու համակարգային լուծման ուղղությամբ: Թե որքանով եմ հաջողել ու ձախողել, թող գնահատեն ժողովուրդը, Նախագահը և գործընկերներս, սակայն կարծում եմ, որ նման ծանր պայմաններում Նախագահի գլխավորությամբ բավականին կարևոր ու ծավալուն աշխատանք է կատարվել կառավարության կողմից: Արածիս և չարածիս վերաբերյալ իմ հակիրճ գնահատականները ներկայացրել եմ երեկվա ասուլիսով՝

4. Պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում ես առաջնորդվել եմ ԱՀ Սահմանադրությամբ ու օրենսդրությամբ, իմ խղճով, արժեքներով, սկզբունքներով և ազգային ու պետական շահերով: Թեև ես ինքս ամբողջությամբ գոհ չեմ իմ գործունեության արդյունքներից, սակայն խիղճս մաքուր է և սիրտս հանգիստ, որ նվիրվել եմ անմնացորդ կերպով և ներդրել եմ իմ առավելագույն ներուժը:

5. Ներողություն եմ հայցում իմ բոլոր հայրենակիցներից՝ իմ բացթողումների և հարուցած հիասթափությունների համար: Հավատացե՛ք, որ դրանց պատճառները չեն եղել իմ անտարբերությունն ու ծուլությունը, այլ՝ ռեսուրսների, կարողությունների ու լիազորությունների սահմանափակությունները:

6. Ուրախ եմ, որ Նախագահն ու Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը այս որոշումը կայացրեցին, և պարոն Վարդանյանը լայն լիազորություններով առաքելություն է ստանձնել Արցախի առջև ծառացած ներքին ու արտաքին հիմնախնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ: Վստահ եմ, որ հնարավորությունների նոր դաշտ է բացվում մեր առջև, և մեր ապագան պետք է ինքներս կերտենք՝ համայն հայության մասնակցությամբ ու աջակցությամբ:

7. Որոշել եմ շարունակել իմ ծառայությունը պետությանն ու ժողովրդին՝ ընդունելով Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի առաջարկը թիմային աշխատանքի վերաբերյալ: Ուստի, ես կծառայեմ որպես պետական նախարարի խորհրդական, որն, ի դեպ, Նախագահի ու պարոն Վարդանյանի հետ քննարկված հնարավոր ամենացածր պաշտոնն է, սակայն ամենաօպտիմալ տարբերակն է այս փուլում իմ ներուժի արդյունավետ իրացման համար, որովհետև ինձ համար ոչ թե կարգավիճակն է կարևոր, այլ՝ արժեքներն ու արդյունքները: Ի լրումն սահուն անցում ապահովելուն ուղղված աշխատանքների՝ նաև կստանձնեմ կոնկրետ լիազորություններ ու գործառույթներ՝ և՛ հրատապ, և՛ ռազմավարական խնդիրների լուծման հարցում:
