Նախկինում տարբեր հանցանքների համար բազմիցս դատապարտված Վ.Գ.-ն, կալանավայրից որոշ ժամանակ առաջ ազատվելուց հետո, պարբերաբար հարևանների հասցեին հնչեցրել է սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ և դանակի գործադրմամբ սպառնացել երեխաներին ու կանանց:

Վանաձոր քաղաքի Ուսանողական փողոցի N շենքի մի խումբ բնակիչների դիմումը, դիտարկելով որպես առերևույթ հանցանքի մասին ֆիզիկական անձի անմիջական հաղորդում, Լոռու մարզի դատախազությունն այն ուղարկել է մարզային քննչական վարչություն՝ քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնելու հանձնարարությամբ։ Քննիչի կողմից նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 25-ին Վ.Գ.-ին ձերբակալելու մասին որոշում է կայացվել: Հոկտեմբերի 26-ին Վ.Գ.-ն ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է Ոստիկանության Վանաձոր քաղաքի Տարոնի բաժնի ՁՊՎ:

Քրեական վարույթի նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի կողմից Վ.Գ.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ մեղադրյալն ազատության մեջ մնալու պարագայում կարող է դիմել փախուստի և կատարել նոր հանցանք՝ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ին մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ 2 ամիս ժամկետով կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Լոռու մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան. միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է, մեղադրյալը կալանավորվել է:
