Արցախի ազատության և Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության համար պայքարի նոր փուլը այլևս չի կարող սահմանափակվել հանրահավաքներով և երթերով: «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է արել այս արձանագրումը։
Նրա խոսքով, մեր դեմ կանգնած է վճռական և դաժան թշնամի, որը նպատակ է դրել ոչ միայն ոչնչացնել Արցախը, այլև ծնկի բերել և ի վերջո վերացնել Հայաստանը՝ որպես հայության ազգային պետություն: Այս թշնամու և նրա մարդատյաց նկրտումների դեմ պայքարը պետք է լինի բազմաթիվ ճակատներով, ամեն օր և ամեն ժամ, և մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրն անելիք ունի այստեղ:
«Կլինի դա Արցախի բնակավայրերի ամրապնդումը, նոր սպառազինությունների մշակումը, մեր զինված ուժերին նյութա-տեխնիկական աջակցությունը, մարտական պատրաստության կուրսերի անցումը և անդամագրումը աշխարհազորին՝ յուրաքանչյուրս պետք է առնվազն մեկ հավելյալ խնդիր վերցնի իր վրա՝ պաշտպանելու երկիրը նոր ռազմական վտանգից: Կլինի դա ողջ աշխարհով մեկ հանրային կարծիքի վրա ազդեցությունը, յուրաքանչյուրի բնակության երկրում իշխանության հետ հետևողական աշխատանքը, այդ երկրներում թշնամական ազդեցությանը կոշտ դիմակայումը և նախաձեռնությունների ձախողումը, նոր դաշնակիցներ և գործընկերներ ձեռքբերումը՝ յուրաքանչյուրս առնվազն մի հավելյալ խնդիր պետք է վերցնի իր վրա՝ բազմապատկելու Հայաստանի միջազգային աջակցությունը և թուլացնելու մեր թշնամիներին»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը:
Ըստ հասարակական-քաղաքական գործչի, «կլինի դա Հայաստանի ներսում կոշտ հակազդեցությունը ցանկացած կապտուլացիոն փաստաթղթին, որը կփորձի Արցախը հանձնել Ադրբեջանին կամ էլ Հայաստանի որևէ ինքնիշխան տարածք զիջել նրան, կլինի դա անընդհատ հիշեցումը գործող վարչակարգին, որ նա Արցախի հանձման որևէ մանդատ չի ստացել հայ ժողովրդից, և կամ այդ վարչակարգին իրական, կենսունակ այլընտրանքի ձևավորումը, յուրաքանչյուրս առնվազն մեկ հավելյալ խնդիր պետք է վերցնի իր վրա՝ կանխելու թուլամորթների ձեռամբ մեր երկրի կապիտուլացիան, և նոր շանս տալու բոլորիս ոտքի կանգնելու և առաջ գնալու»:
