Արցախի Առողջապահության նախարարությունը ձեռք է բերել գլյուկոզայի մոնիտորինգի համակարգեր

Շաքարային դիաբետ (տիպ 1) ունեցող արցախցի երեխաների բուժման գործընթացում այսուհետև կօգտագործվեն գլյուկոզայի մշտական մոնիտորինգի (CGM) Guardian™ Connect համակարգեր, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալու իրականացնել հիվանդների առողջական վիճակի լիարժեք վերահսկողություն և բարձրացնել նրանց կյանքի որակը:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք IDeA հիմնադրամի տարածած հաղորդագրությունից, Արցախի առողջապահության նախարարությունը սարքերը ձեռք է բերել «Ապրելու» հիմնադրամի միջոցով՝ վերջերս Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար նշանակված Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ։
Մինչև բժիշկների կողմից համակարգերի կիրառումը՝ «Հաղթենք դիաբետը միասին» հիմնադրամը և համակարգերն արտադրող «Մեդտրոնիկ» ընկերության մասնագետները նոյեմբերի 5-ին Գորիսում վերապատրաստման դասընթաց էին կազմակերպել Արցախի, Երևանի և Հայաստանի մարզերի 15 էնդոկրինոլոգների համար՝ բժիշկներին ներկայացնելով համակարգի օգտագործման ուղեցույցը։
«Գլյուկոզայի վերահսկման այս համակարգերը շատ տարածված են աշխարհում, բայց Հայաստանում եւ Արցախում դեռեւս լայն կիրառություն չունեն։ Համակարգը շատ որակյալ է եւ բարձրակարգ, իսկ ստացված տվյալները՝ ճշգրիտ, ինչն էլ հնարավորություն է տալիս իրականացնել լիարժեք վերահսկողություն: Այս համակարգի կիրառումը չափազանց կարեւոր նշանակություն ունի տիպ 1 շաքարային դիաբետ ունեցող պացիենտների համար, եւ մենք ուրախ ենք, որ Արցախի առողջապահության նախարարությունն արդեն ապահովված է այս սարքերով»,- ասել է «Հաղթենք դիաբետը միասին» հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Խանդութ Հովհաննիսյանը։
Ստեփանակերտի «Արևիկ» մանկական հիվանդանոցի էնդոկրինոլոգ Շողեր Գրիգորյանը համոզված է, որ այս համակարգի կիրառությունը էականորեն բարձրացնելու է բուժման արդյունավետությունը․
«Առաջին տպավորությամբ՝ սարքը շատ լավն է, բայց, իհարկե, պետք է նաեւ աշխատենք, որ տեսնենք հետագա ընթացքը։ Կարծում եմ՝ շատ օգտակար կլինի մեր երեխաների առողջության համար»։
«Հաղթենք դիաբետը միասին» հիմնադրամն Արցախի առողջապահության նախարարության հետ իրականացնում է նաև «Վերահսկի՛ր դիաբետը, ապրի՛ր լիարժեք կյանքով» ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակում մինչև 28 տարեկան, տիպ 1 շաքարային դիաբետ ունեցողները ստանում են անալոգ ինսուլին։
