Գեղարքունիքի մարզում Եվրամիության դիտորդներն արդեն արձանագրել են ու վստահ են, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ագրեսիա է եղել Հայաստանի սահմանների ուղղությամբ և կան օկուպացված տարածքներ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ասաց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարգսյանն ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում:

«Խախտումներ արձանագրվել են, բայց վերջին օրերին ակնհայտ երևում է, որ նվազել են դրանք: Ամեն դեպքում, դիտորդներն իրենց պարեկային գործունեությունն են իրականացնում, ինչը ևս ազդեցությունն է թողել, դա ևս պատճառ է, որ հակառակորդը նվազեցրել է կրակոցները»,- ասաց մարզպետը:

Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ ԵՄ դիտորդները Գեղարքունիքում ունեն 1 շտաբ, բայց 11 բնակավայրերի սահմանով մեկ իրականացնում են աշխատանք։ Իսկ թե պարեկային ծառայությունը կոնկրետ որտեղ են իրականացնում, նա չբարձրաձայնեց:

«Նրանք ամեն օր դիտարկում են իրականացնում, ամեն օր նոր բացահայտումներ են անում: Մարզպետարանն  իր ունեցած ամբողջ ինֆորմացիան փոխանցել է մեր գործընկերներին, իրենք էլ վստահեցրել են, որ դա որպես զեկույց կներկայացնեն: Դիտորդների շարքում արդեն կան մարդիկ, ովքեր արձանագրել են և վստահ են, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ագրեսիա է եղել ՀՀ սահմանների ուղղությամբ»,-ասաց նա:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Գեղարքունիքում 8 դիտորդ է առաքելություն իրականացնում:

«Քարտեզների ու ներկա պահին ադրբեջանական զորքերի գտնվելու հետ կապված իրենք վստահ են, որ Հայաստանի տարածքներից օկուպացված տարածքներ կան,  ու վստահ են, որ դա ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի արդյունքում է եղել»,- նշեց մարզպետը:

Պրահայում ՀՀ վարչապետ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնի և ԵԽ նախագահ Միշելի՝ 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքով ընդունվել էր հայտարարություն։ Հայաստանն իր համաձայնությունն էր հայտնել՝ խրախուսելու ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելությունն Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանի երկայնքով: Ադրբեջանը համաձայնել է համագործակցել նշյալ առաքելության հետ այնքանով, որքանով որ առնչություն կունենա: Առաքելությունն իր աշխատանքները կսկսի հոկտեմբերին՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով: Նշվել է, որ առաքելության նպատակը կլինի վստահության կառուցումը, և իր զեկույցների միջոցով, սահմանային հանձնաժողովներին աջակցելը:
