Ոստիկանությունը նոր մանրամասներ է հայտնել կառավարական ամառանոցների մոտ ինքնահրկիզված քաղաքացու դեպքի մասին:
Ոստիկանության հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է. «2022 թ. նոյեմբերի 6-ին, ժամը 21.57-ի սահմաններում, քաղաքացի Ա. Ու.-ն Պռոշյան-Դեմիրճյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում (կառավարական ամառանոցների մոտ) ինքնահրկիզման եղանակով փորձել է ինքնասպան լինել, ինչից հետո ժամը 23.25-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ աստիճանի այրվածքներով, շտապօգնության մեքենայով տեղափոխվել է Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն:
Պարզվել է, որ Ա. Ու-ն 16.06.2022 թ. անվտանգության գոտիով ամրակապված չլինելու համար ՃՈ տեսուչների կողմից ենթարկվել է վարչական պատասխանատվության՝ 10.000 դրամի չափով, և ոչ սթափ վիճակում տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու համար մեկ տարի ժամկետով զրկվել է տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու իրավունքից:
19.09.2022 թ. հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության կողմից ավտոմեքենայի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:
6.11.2022 թ․, ժամը 10.30-ին, ոստիկանության Երևանի պարեկային ծառայության կողմից Հերացու փողոցում կանգնեցվել է վերը նշված ավտոմեքենան, որի վարորդ Ա. Ու.-ն տրանսպորտային միջոցը վարելիս թույլ էր տվել ճԵԿ-ի մի շարք խախտումներ, բացի այդ, պարեկները տրանսպորտային միջոցը նույնականացնելիս պարզել են, որ այն չի անցել պարտադիր տեխնիկական զննում, իսկ վարորդը զրկված է եղել տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու իրավունքից:
Համապատասխան վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրությունը կազմելուց հետո նշված տրանսպորտային միջոցը տեղափոխվել է հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:

Տուժողին շուտափույթ ապաքինում մաղթելով՝ հարկ ենք համարում հիշեցնել, որ քաղաքացիները կարող են օրինական կարգով բողոքարկել վարչական պատասխանատվության վերաբերյալ ցանկացած որոշում, իսկ ծայրահեղ քայլերի դիմելը բնավ խնդիրները լուծելու ճանապարհ չէ:
