Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը նոյեմբերի 7-ին Բրյուսելում մասնակցել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ Մարդու իրավունքների շուրջ երկխոսության նիստին։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՄԻՊ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Պաշտպանը իր խոսքում ներկայացրել է հաստատության հետևությունները Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների իրավիճակի, մարտահրավերների ու հնարավորությունների մասին։
Գրիգորյանը ներկայացրել է 2022թ.–ի սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանի կողմից ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի վրա հարձակման արդյունքում մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումները. թիվս այլնի քաղաքացիական բնակչության ու կենսական ենթակառուցվածքների ուղղակի թիրախավորում, հայ զինծառայողների և ռազմագերիների խոշտանգումներ, անմարդկային ու վատ վերաբերմունքի դեպքեր, ինչպես նաև Պաշտպանի կողմից հրապարակված արտահերթ զեկույցներում արձանագրված փաստերը:
ՀՀ-ում մարդու իրավունքների իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ թեմատիկ նիստերի շրջանակներում Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանն անդրադարձել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ազգային ռազմավարության և դրանից բխող 2020-2022թթ. գործողությունների ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքներին, վերջինիս մոնիթորինգի և գնահատման մեխանիզմների բարելավման կարևորությանը նոր՝ 2023-2025թթ. ԳԾ-ի շրջանակներում, տեղական ընտրությունների խնդիրներին, խոսքի ազատության ու հավաքների ազատության ապահովման հիմնական մարտահրավերներին, վերջինիս ընթացքում ատելության խոսքի ու անհանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտին, խտրականության դեմ պայքարի համապարփակ օրենսդրության ընդունման անհրաժեշտությանը, ընտանիքում բռնության դեմ պայքարին, քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում առողջության պահպանման իրավունքի խնդիրներին, նոր քրեական և քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի կիրառմանն առնչվող հիմնահարցերին:
Եվրոպական միության ներկայացուցիչները վերահաստատել են ԵՄ հանձնառությունը՝ շարունակել աջակցել Պաշտպանի հաստատության գործունեությանը, այդ թվում աշխատակազմի կարողությունների զարգացման միջոցով:
Իր խոսքում Պաշտպանը խոսել է նաև Պաշտպանին կից Կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության և Երեխաների ու երիտասարդների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերով հասարակական խորհուրդների ստեղծման ու հիմնական նպատակների մասին:
