Առողջության առաջնային պահպանման օղակում բուժաշխատողների աշխատավարձը 2023 թվականին կբարձրանա: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Արտակ Ջումայանը տեղեկացրեց, որ սա պասիվ աշխատավարձի բարձրացում չի լինելու:

«Այսինքն՝ չի լինելու այնպես, որ ունենք այսքան գումար և այն բարձրացնելու ենք ու դառնալու է իքս գումար: Փոխարենը բուժաշխատողի պարտականությունները պատշաճ կատարելու պարագայում նա կստանա բոնուսներ, ըստ այդմ էլ, կբարձրացվի աշխատավարձը»,-ասաց Արտակ Ջումայանը:

Արդեն իսկ այդ բոնուսային համակարգը կա, սակայն նախարարի տեղակալը նշեց, որ գնահատվող ցուցանիշներն են թերի, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսավորումն է փոքր: Ներկայում աշխատանք է տարվում այդ ցուցանիշների առավել հստակեցման ուղղությամբ, որ շոշափելի լինի բուժառուի հետ աշխատանքը, հեշտ լինի նախարարության կողմից իրականացվող վերահսկողությունը:

«Այս պահին ունենք 32 տեսակի գնահատման ցուցանիշ, դրանք վերանայում ենք: Աշխատել բուժառուի հետ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ուղղորդել այս կամ այն նեղ մասնագետի մոտ, հետևել ընթացքին, ներգրավել սքրինինգային ծրագրերում և այսպես շարունակ: Ամբողջ շղթան պետք է վերահսկվի ու մեզ համար տեսանելի լինի: Ճիշտ ու պատշաճ աշխատանքի արդյունքում կփոխանցվեն համապատասխան բոնուսներ, որոնց հիման վրա էլ կբարձրացվի աշխատավարձը»,-ասաց Արտակ Ջումայանը:
