Զախարովան անդրադարձել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների գործունեությանը

Ռուսաստանը շարունակելու է Երևանին և Բաքվին տրամադրել անհրաժեշտ աջակցությունը՝ հանուն Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության, կայունության և բարգավաճման: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան ամենշաբաթյա ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ:
«Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ին, լրանում է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և Հայաստանի վարչապետի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում լիակատար հրադադարի և բոլոր ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին ընդունված հայտարարության 2 տարին: Տվյալ քայլը թույլ տվեց վերջ դնել արյունահեղությանը և տարածաշրջանում խաղաղ կյանքի հաստատման գործընթաց սկսել», - ասել է Զախարովան:
Նա նաև անդրադարձել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների գործունեությանը:
«2020 թ.-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության համաձայն տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմն արդյունավետ կերպով իրականացնում է իր առջև դրված խնդիրները, զգալի ներդրում է ունեցել տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի կայունացման և անվտանգության ապահովման գործում: Դա գնահատում են մեր ադրբեջանցի և հայ բարեկամները: Ղեկավարների երկկողմ հայտարարությունները, որոնք ամրագրված են 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021-ի հունվարի 11-ի և նոյեմբերի 26-ի, 2022 թ.-ի հոկտեմբերի 31-ի հայտարարություններում, հիմք են հանդիսացել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների համալիր կարգավորման գործընթացի մեկնարկի համար», - նշել է դիվանագետը:
Զախարովան նաև շեշտել է, որ երեք երկրների փոխվարչապետերի համանախագահությամբ աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակներում մեծ աշխատանք է կատարվել Հարավային Կովկասում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման ուղղությամբ:
«Համաձայն երկրների ղեկավարների՝ 2021 թ.-ի նոյեմբերի 26-ի որոշման, իր աշխատանքն է սկսել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման և հետագա սահմանագծման երկկողմ հանձնաժողովը՝ Ռուսաստանի խորհրդատվական աջակցությամբ: Տվյալ մեխանիզմի աշխատանքը կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանին իրադրության կայունացման համար», - նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը:
Զախարովան հավելել է, որ սերտ համակարգում է տեղի ունենում հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախապատրաստման հարցով:
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը շեշտել է, որ Ռուսաստանը կշարունակի Երևանին և Բաքվին տրամադրել անհրաժեշտ աջակցությունը՝ հանուն Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության, կայունության և բարգավաճման:
