«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նոյեմբերի 7-ին Վաշինգտոնում տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի, Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի հանդիպումը։ Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն, Միրզոյանն ու Բայրամովը մտքեր են փոխանակել «հավանական խաղաղության պայմանագրի տարրերի վերաբերյալ և արձանագրել, որ առկա են մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնք դեռևս հասցեագրման կարիք ունեն»։

Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են «թափ հաղորդել իրենց բանակցություններին ու ևս մեկ հանդիպում անցկացնել առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում»: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Վաշինգտոնում Միրզոյանը փորձել է Բլինքենին բացատրել, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական հնարավոր պայմանագրի, այսպես կոչված, «բրյուսել յան փաթեթում» ցանկալի է, որ ինչ-որ կերպ ներառված լինի Արցախի հետ առնչող որևէ դրույթ։

Դիվանագիտական մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Միրզոյանը հասկացրել է, որ թեկուզ անորոշ, լղոզված, վերացական ձևակերպումներով, բայց անհրաժեշտ է ընդգրկել «Արցախ» ձևակերպումը՝ ակնարկելով, որ այդ քայլով հայաստանյան հանրային դաշտում տրամադրությունների կտրուկ փոփոխություններ կլինեն, քանի որ ներկայում իշխանությունների անատամ գործունեությունը թիրախավորվում է հատկապես Արցախի մասով կրավորական կեցվածք ընդունելու, Արցախից ձեռքերը լվանալու համար։

ԱԳՆ-ի մեր աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշել է, թե Արցախի վերաբերյալ ամենափոքր ակնարկն անգամ հնարավոր է շրջադարձային նշանակություն ունենա պայմանագրի արևմտյան տարբերակի օգտին։ Ամերիկյան կողմը, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, վերջնական պատասխան չի տվել և հարցն առայժմ թողել է օդում։
