«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
tsargrad.tv–ն «Գլուխը թաքցնում են ավազի մեջ. փորձագետը գնահատել է Բաքվի պատճառով Հայաստան ժամանած ԵՄ առաքելության արդյունավետությունը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մելքոնյանն իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում ամփոփել է Հայաստանում ԵՄ առաքելության երկրորդ շաբաթվա գործունեության նախնական արդյունքները: Հիշեցնենք, որ հոկտեմբերի վերջից հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին հայտնվել է ԵՄ հատուկ առաքելությունը՝ բաղկացած 40 հոգուց։ Նրա հիմնական խնդիրն է վերահսկել սահմանային իրավիճակը, բայց դրանից հետո Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը բազմիցս է հայտարարել, որ Ադրբեջանը խախտել է հրադադարի ռեժիմը։
Դրանից ելնելով՝ փորձագետ Սերգեյ Մել քոնյանը 4 առանցքային եզրակացություն է արել: Նախ՝ ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը սահմանին փոխհրաձգության մասին հայտարարություններ չի անում։ Երկրորդ հերթին՝ կազմակերպության կողմից լռությունը, ըստ Մելքոնյանի, լրացուցիչ լեգիտիմություն է հաղորդում նման ագրեսիային։ «Հայաստանի դե ֆակտո ղեկավարությունը, ընդդիմությունը և հայ հասարակությունը դեռ չեն գնահատել այդ առաքելության ակտիվությունը, ավելի ճիշտ՝ անգործությունը։
Անգամ նրանք, ովքեր ակտիվորեն նպաստում էին եվրոպական առաքելության տեղակայմանը՝ որպես անվտանգության երաշխիք, նույնպես ոչինչ չեն ասում»,–իր երրորդ եզրակացությունն է մատնանշել փորձագետը: Ամփոփելով՝ քաղաքագետը, որպես չորրորդ եզրակացություն, հավելել է, որ օտարերկրյա առաքելության տեղակայումն ի վիճակի չէ կանխել հակառակորդի հարձակումը։ Այլ կերպ մտածելը միայն միամտություն է:
