Պատրաստվում եմ առաջարկ ներկայացնել Կառավարությանը․ Թագուհի Թովմասյան

Ուղիղ երկու տարի է անցել նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ խայտառակ հայտարարության ստորագրումից, որը պետք է հրադադար հաստատեր Արցախում: Սակայն ցավով պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ դեռևս գտնվում ենք պատերազմական իրավիճակում, որը տեղափոխվել է Հայաստան: Շարունակ լսում ենք լուրեր՝ ամենօրյա կրակոցների եւ հարձակումների մասին:
Սրան զուգահեռ Արցախի Հանրապետությունից տեղահանված մի շարք քաղաքացիների խնդիրները, որոնք անհապաղ լուծման կարիք ունեն, շարունակում են մնալ չլուծված։ Այդ առիթով այսօր Ազգային ժողովում նախաձեռնել եմ աշխատանքային քննարկում Արցախի Հանրապետության Քաշաթաղի շրջանից տեղահանված բնակիչների բնակարանային խնդիրների ապահովման և նրանց կրած նյութական վնասների փոխհատուցման հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ:
Քաշաթաղի մեր հայրենակիցները քննարկման ընթացքում առաջարկեցին, որ չեղարկվի Կառավարության 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 17-ի 169-Լ որոշումը, որը վերաբերում է Արցախի Հանրապետության առանձին շրջաններից տեղահանված բնակիչների բնակարանային ապահովմանը: Նաև խոսք գնաց բնակիչներին վկայականների տրամադրման վերաբերյալ, որի կապակցությամբ մասնակիցները ներկայացրին իրենց արդարացի բողոքն առ այն, որ Կառավարության կողմից տրամադրվող գումարով այսօր բնակարան ձեռք բերել պարզապես հնարավոր չէ։
Բարձրաձայնելով նաև հրատապ լուծում պահանջող մի շարք այլ խնդիրներ՝ մեր հայրենակիցները խնդրում էին ձևավորել աշխատանքային խումբ՝ բարձրացված և մյուս բոլոր խնդիրների մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրման և լուծման ուղիներ գտնելու նպատակով։
Ամփոփելով հանդիպման արդյունքները՝ պատրաստվում եմ առաջարկ ներկայացնել Կառավարությանը՝ համապատասխան աշխատանքային խմբի ձևավորման վերաբերյալ, որպեսզի իրականացնենք գործուն քայլեր՝ ի պաշտպանություն Քաշաթաղի մեր հայրենակիցների իրավունքների:
