Պեմզաշենի սարսափելի սպանության վարկածները․ Համագյուղացիների պատմածներից

Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ խոշորացված համայնքի Պեմզաշեն գյուղում նոյեմբերի 8-ի լույս 9-ի գիշերը սարսափելի ոճրագործություն էր կատարվել՝ 31-ամյա կնոջն ու իր 8 և 12-ամյա երեխաներին դաժանաբար սպանել էին սեփական տանը։ Հանցագործը մոլագարության աստիճանի արարք է արել՝ դանակով մորթել է մորն ու երկու անչափահաս երեխաներին։ Ողջ գյուղը եւ երկիրը շոկի մեջ են՝ փորձում են հասկանալ, թե ինչ կարող է կատարված լինել, ով է այդ սառնասիրտ ու դաժան մարդասպանը, որը տուկի թելով կապել է անմեղ զոհերին ու մորթել։ Կատարվածն այնքան անհավանական է, որ տեղացիները կասկածում են, թե թուրքերն են արել՝ սահմանն անցնելով ու հայերին մատաղ անելով։ Պեմզաշենից մինչեւ սահման մոտ 50 կիլոմետր է։
Մենք երեկ ներկայացրել էինք իրավապաշտպան Կարապետ Պողոսյանի առաջ քաշած վարկածը, որ սպանությունը հնարավոր է նաև թուրք-ադրբեջանական հրոսակների կողմից նոյեմբերի 9-ի, այսպես կոչված, «հաղթանակի» ծիսակարգային շրջանակներում կատարված սպանություն կարող է լինել։ Բացի այդ վերջինս նշում է, որ Գյումրիում քննարկում են նաև թշնամական դիվերսիոն խմբի կողմից իրագործված հանցագործության վարկածը։
Սակայն այս դաժան սպանության վերաբերյալ այլ վարկածներ էլ են քննարկվում Արթիկ խոշորացված համայնքում։
Վարկածներից մեկն այն է, որ կնոջն ու իր երեխաներին դաժանաբար սպանողը նրանց ծանոթն է, կնոջ հետ մտերիմ կապի մեջ գտնվող անձը։ Նրանց միջեւ վեճ է ծագել ու կնոջ ճիչերից արթնացած երեխաներն ականատես են եղել իրենց մոր սպանությանը, որից հետո մարդասպանը ստիպված է եղել սպանել նաև երեխաներին՝ վկաներ չթողնելու համար։
Մեկ այլ վարկած էլ է համայնքում շրջանառվում՝ որ մինչ ամուսնանալը, սպանված կինը խոստացել է ազատազրկման վայրում գտնվող իր սիրելիին սպասել մինչև վերջինս ազատ կարձակվի, սակայն, հետագայում այլ տղամարդու հետ ընտանիք է կազմել, երեխաներ ունեցել։ Նախկին սիրեցյալը դուրս գալով բանտից՝ որոշել է վրեժխնդիր լինել կնոջից ու վրեժխնդրությունն իրագործել է դաժանագույն ձևով։
Համագյուղացիները սպանված կնոջ ու իր ամուսնու մասին դրական կարծիք են հայտնում, նշում են, որ համեստ ու սիրով ընտանիք են եղել։
Թե որ վարկածը կհաստատվի իրավապահների կողմից՝ ցույց կտա քննության ընթացքը։ Եթե, իհարկե, այն անաչառ եւ անկողմնակալ իրականացվի։
